Somehow the coupon for $59 a night at All-Star got thrown away! Is there anyway I can still got a room for that rate? I need to check the dates, but now I can't...because I don't have the coupon!
Don't panic! Just call -- the code should be listed in their system under your address; and they'll be able to tell you which dates it covers. Let us know how it turns out!
Was the postcard mailed to your address? The PIN code is generally associated with an address (may or may not be in the correct name!). I would call again tomorrow or Monday. Good luck - don't give up!
It was mailed to my parent's address, but I called and said I was my mom because I wanted to see if they could get the information, but they said they couldn't because we needed the code. Of course I can't get the code because I don't have the coupon.
Try again, asking if there is a code attached to that address. The code should be there without you having to give it to them. Most CMs will really go out of their way to see if they can find something for you. And if you still don't have any luck, wait a day and try again.

Unfortunately it's completely random who gets a coupon and who doesn't. I've heard it helps if you sign up for as many Disney things as you can (i.e. www.disneyworld.com) but even then it's not guaranteed. We use to get them for almost every trip but the last three have never received one. I've also heard they have been sending out fewer discount code PIN's because attendance keeps going up at WDW.

Since this postcard mentioned "little ones" I wonder if it was sent to those whose demographics profile also indicates having young children in the household? There's no rhyme or reason for the postcards and PINS that I've ever been able to see. It's unfortunate though that the CM couldn't find the PIN attached to the OP's name. Someone else posted during the "free upgrade to OKW/SSR" posts that they never even got an email but convinced a CM that they'd lost it and was able to get the upgrade. From what I always have read, the PIN is attached to your name when you call in and the CM's can see it on their screens. Maybe the OP needs to have their "households" checked. I was told that I have ALOT of households, most likely from booking online. Some of them are in the wrong state though so I have no idea how the system works and how such an error would be there but only one of the "households" had a PIN when I was checking a few months ago. ---Kathy
