First Ladies (yes, I had to do some homework)
Martha Washington - OK, I am grabbing straight from a website, but as the first First Lady, she was also the first to complain about the limitations of her responsibilities. She got the ball rolling in publicly proclaiming she wanted more. Just knowing that she was vocal about it gets that ball rolling. Even First Lady #2 (Abigail Adams) stressed that her husband remember the ladies and to not put such unlimited power in the hands of the husbands...noting that all men would be tyrants if they could.
Mamie Eisenhower - I visited a Denver area library a few years ago that's dedicated in her honor, which also had quite a few interesting artifacts from her collection. I appreciated her style and interests in fashion, but also her push for bipartisanship in her political influence. She's known to have implored people to vote, even if they didn't vote for her husband.
Betty Ford - She was a vocal figure for equal rights but it's her addiction struggles that really stand out for me. If a First Lady's struggles and strides towards healing and sobriety can be normalized and made public, it can be helpful to the masses silently suffering due to shame.
Gummi/Gummy Bears
All of the other gummy/gummi candies - If it weren't for the humble bear, we wouldn't have all of the other gummies. Personally, the gummy Coke and Dr. Pepper bottles were my faves.
Drunken Gummies - Alcohol soaked gummy bears were often a favorite party treat.
Elevated Gummies - While the example above involves just taking basic ones and soaking them, there is a fine dining restaurant in the UK that offers the coolest gummies I have ever seen as part of their dining experience. They're whiskey bottle gummies and are presented on a map card with each one's origins. So, the chef took things like Glenlivet and Highland Park single malts and created elevated gummies. I doubt these would have ever been a thing if it weren't for the simple bear.

Walks - I've gotten to the point where I'm doing no less than a 5k every single day (even on rest days). It helps get my day going... although today involved some weirdo approaching ladies on the green belts. So, I guess I'm also grateful for me safety.
Wyoming - Most of Yellowstone, all of Grand Teton, and Devils Tower are all in Wyoming. It's one of my most favorite states to visit.
Winter - As the northern folks are excited about warming weather, I'm longing for the cooler days of winter when I am not sweating my tail off in the high humidity each time I leave the house.
