Three Things...Gratitude Thread

I am so very grateful and happy for my pond and the fish that live in it and the birds and insects that use it, and the people who love to see it as much as I do. Also very grateful for Tom who is the primary maintenance person!

1. Water. Yeah, you all know my boring beverage of choice.
2. Indoor swimming pools
3. Mountain lakes. I mean... really any lakes, I guess, but particularly enjoy pictures of lakes and mountains.

Water:
1. Ice—I like my drinks cold.
2. Tea—I make my own brewed iced tea at home and it starts with two quarts of water.
3. I like a good rain storm on a day that I am home and don’t need to go out.

Good Monday Morning Friends

#1 - I’m very grateful for our forth bedroom that was my girls playroom - the walls are in Disney paint colors - one wall is Mickey’s pants red, one wall is Buzz Lightyear green, one wall is Dory blue and the other is Pooh Bear yellow - it is the funnest room. I really should redo this room - it’s like a time capsule of my girls youth - I just can’t bring myself to do it,

#2 - I’m grateful for my Tiffany lights - I love Tiffany glass. I have a beautiful lamp in my living room and I also have 2 butterfly Tiffany glass lights - one I gave my grandma and then kept after she passed, and one I bought myself.

#3 - I’m grateful for all my beautiful red, light pink, bright pink and white flowers (grouped together) - they are so big and full right now - I’m always very proud of them - it’s a shame they need to get pulled out in a month.

I'm grateful for my bedding in my bedroom - when we moved I got new bedding that I still Love!

I'm grateful for summer red, white and blue decorations!

I'm grateful for fun colors of pens and post-it notes. I think they add a small brightness at the office and are fun to use!

1. I am thankful first of all for eyes that work and allow me to see all the wondrous colors available.
2. Lattes. Brown, white, black, delicious
3. French pastries in red raspberry, brown chocolate, yellow croissants, blue macaroons, yellow lemon tarts, ALL the colors and ALL the flavors!

I love all of your replies and as always thank you for sharing and the faith, love and kind care you each bring to our lovely thread!

Allison Joy, what beautiful pictures indeed! Rainbows always make me smile and give God extra thanks for as to me rainbows are reminders of His Presence always and that He keeps His promises, which He sure does. Dad had a late friend who silk screened a rainbow for me as a baby gift. I've had it all my life.

I also love 1420Elexismc's human beings answer, awesome reply!

Newski_mom when it gets cooler, remind me to share pictures of my jersey sheets (rainbows) and comforter (multi color) I also have a Tie dye T shirt. Fun!

Other multi colored things:

Absolutely extra blessing of healthy eyes, I have hazel eyes that are more greenish than brown. Dad has brown eyes.

Multicolored things...

Froot Loops. I was telling DD about this topic and that I was having a hard time coming up with something and she blurted "Froot Loops, Mom, it's SO you!" She's right, I am a sucker for sugar sweetened crap cereal (which is why I don't keep it in the house) and Ooot-fray Ooops-lay are right at the top of my list!

Vera Bradley patterns. I mostly love the colors and designs of VB fabrics. However...$$$$!!!! When people ask me which is my favorite pattern, I say "Whichever pattern is on sale!"

Trees in New England in the fall. Red, orange, yellow, gold, green, maroon. Can't beat it!

Leebee, as a child I loved Froot Loops. Cheerios were my favorite and Golden Grahams very tasty too. Froot Loops were fun. Glad you enjoyed them, too

1. Gummy type candy where every color is a different flavor.
2. Tomatoes—my favorites are a yellow pear and a black cherry tomato. So sweet.
3. Peppers—I buy the packs of orange, yellow and red and eat them most days.

Maryblanchard, when I was younger and enjoyed candy, I loved plain m and ms! Glad you enjoy m and ms too my friend

Mumto3girls, how all my preschoolers yrars ago loved gummy candy. A late church pastor did, too. Grandma loved any candy including Reese's pieces. Candy reminds me of Otter Pops especially kid favorite blue ones. Pink cotton candy fresh spun in a cart was in my younger days a favorite treat too. Thank you also, my friend for those good memories
