1) When we turn in our vouchers for fast passes will we be given a paper that lists the donald/daisy rides, or should I write down the rides before hand?

2) We have 2 little ones, and are using our passes at MK and DHS- we will not be using all of the credits on our fastpass- when we leave the parks can we hand off the passes to another family to spread a little disney magic?

3) First timer- sorry- what do the fast passes look like? Are they paper? Are they like a credit card?

thanks!

1 - they will give you a piece of paper with the rides and the instructions.
2 - you will only get FP for the number of tickets you have. since the babies don't need tickets they won't need FPs either. you won't have extra unless you don't use them all and in that case I would give them away (that's what we did today)
3 - they are like credit cards. ours where green

have fun

Here is what mine looked like last week:

I was on a "work" trip - escorting a marching band for a travel company. So I talked to a family who was on the trip and got 6 total fastpass exchange cards at DHS, one for me and five for them. I did not have much time in the park, so I used all three of my Donalds (or is it Daisies?) for TSM, and for the others I got three fp's all at once from Star Tours and gave them to a family of three approaching the standby line.

By the way, for those who might be wondering, this is what the GAD exchange card kiosk at TSM looks like:

Sue that was super helpful! On the last picture it says "insert your park ticket here" I am assuming that means your FP card?

Also- how were the lines for the kiosks?

How were the fastpass lines at the actual ride? Is it pretty much you go into the FP ride line and get right on the ride, or do you still have to wait a bit?

Thanks!

Yes, it means insert your fast pass (the green credit card looking pass with Donald Duck on the front)
There were never any lines (at the kiosk) to get the fast pass. Mostly, there was just a cast member telling everyone that they could not use their "regular" park passes to get any more fast passes because they were all gone for the day. When the cast member actually saw that we had the GAD FastPass cards (green credit cardit passes withg Donald Duck) he said, "finally, someone with the right pass to use!"

Once you choose to use your fastpass, you go into the same line as everyone else with a regular fastpass. Sometimes you had to wait a few minutes in a que (5 or 10 max) but most times it was 1 to 3 minutes max. The wait was longest at ToyStory in DHS. (10 minutes)

If you want to give your "unused" passes to a family when you leave the park you can. Just make sure you give them the list of rides they can use it for, how many fastpasses are left on each ticket, and a good explination of what the green credit card will do for them.

I found the castmembers in MK very knowledgeable about the program, but other parks were very hit a miss. A cast member in AK on the safari ride had never heard of the program and didn't know what I was talking about when I tried to redeem my FP. Weird.

The Donald and Daisy GAD cards - when all the alloted fastpasses are gone from these, are we allowed to keep the cards?

I love Donald & Daisy and would like to keep them to put in our Disney scrapbook after.

Yes, you can keep them.

What if you want to use your GAD for a FP and pick up a regular FP at the same time? Can you do it at the same machine or do you have to use one machine for the GAD card and one machine for your regular ticket? Hope that makes sense!

Thanks!

You can use the same machine. All the machines will take GAD and regular passes normally...it is only after regular FPs are gone do they leave one special kiosk open.

They actually don't do anything other than put a sign on it. You can still put your park ticket in - you just aren't going to get a Fastpass out of it... :)
