Three Hour Parking Pass?

Which resorts have the three hour parking pass if you visit them? (meaning you have to leave in 3 hours when visiting or eating) Do they tow your car if it is not removed in three hours? or fine you?

The monorail resorts give the 3 hour pass. There have been a few people have posted seeing people being towed. I suspect they don't tow much but if you're going to longer just park in the TTC and take the monorial to the resort.

I think we're going to see it starting at the Epcot resorts as well in teh very near future due to abuse.
