Three girls & 1 guy do WDW for Spring Break!!

Well now that I've got your attention . This will be my first attempt at a trip report, pre or otherwise. Just a few minutes ago finally found out how to post a picture to the boards Needless to say that has left me a little, lol. I am one of those people who overthinks any new project and makes it harder than it really is. Anywho, we leave for our trip Saturday, April 3rd. It is the 6th trip for 2 of us within 2 years, the 5th trip for another, and the 2nd trip for the guy. We had another guy for the first 3 trips but he refuses to go with us ever again So hopefully y'all will bear with me & tune in for the intros tomorrow evening????????

Ok, gang, I'm ready to get this pre-trip report started!! Please bear with me cause I really don't know what I'm doing, lol. But now that I've learned how to post pictures....look out!!! I have a bunch of food porn from previous trips swo will have to do a dining review too later on. Ok, so guess the first installment should be introducing the cast of characters. Ta Da!!!
First up would be me AKA Nanny Susan This is a pic of me with my birth year sign @ POP

This is my oldest DD Wendy AKA Commando Woman, lol, with her birth year sign

And the cats out of the bag. This is the other girl & the guy.

Cousins Jade & Eli. My granddaughter & grandson. Jade is Wendy's DD & Eli belongs to my other DD who has never beento WDW & shows no interest in going.

These two do not have signs @ POP cause their birth years are 2000 & 2001.
This will be Jade's 5th trip & Eli's 2nd. Her favorite attraction is Tower of Terror, and Eli can't wait to go back to Disney Quest. My favorite is Test Track & DD's is Expedition Everest.

So that's my first installment............

Oh, and this is the other guy who refuses to come back with us.

My oldest grandchild. He will be 16 this fall. So we're leaving him home with his auntie (Eli's Mom), who doesn't care for WDW either.

Wow, only 5 more days til we leave!!! Got my clothes packed, just gotta get the extras together. You know, the toiletries, chargers, power strip etc. Jade has her bag packed, lol, Commando DD is dragging her feet, guess Eli will be coming over Friday afternoon & we'll pack his bag. Just bought him 2 swim trunks @ KMart. They both have the wrestler John Cena (?) on them so he'll love that.
Guess most of our finishing touches will have to be Friday as DD & I both have to work.

Details: We're leaving early Saturday morning, driving my car. It's about a 6 hour drive for us so not too bad. We'll hopefully arrive around 1pm, have lunch check in, have lunch somewhere, hit the pool @ POP then head to Disney Quest for the evening. Wendy, Jade & I have AP's that expire in May. Eli has 2 days left on a park hopper from his first trip w/4 DQ & Water Parks left. So we will only use his DQ & Water Park options & save the park tickets for a later date as I am planning on buying him an AP this trip. That should take care of arrival day.

Day 2: Easter @ Epcot!!

Up early, breakfast on the run. Epcot has early EMH from 8a-9a. Never done Easter @ WDW before. Plan is to do Soarin' & TT a couple times each before Innovations which is having a relay race for the kids around 10:40, then heading over to American Adventure which will have Egg Hunt every 30 minutes. Doing only Future World this morning.
Late lunch somewhere off property,budget trip all our meals will pretty much be off property this time so any suggestions will be appreciated. Have several places in mind already.
So after lunch & a long rest its off to MK for evening EMH 12a-3am!!! Hopefully we'll get there around 9pm & plan on spending first hour or so in Frontier Land. Eli & Jade never got to see the Bear Jamboree, everyone needs to see it at least once, lol. Then head over to Thunder Mtn/Splash Mtn. Then over to Liberty Sq for Haunted Mansion, well maybe for Jade & Wendy. Took Eli on HM last trip & he freaked out. He is kinda a scaredy cat so I guess he & I will head on over to Fantasy Land. Gotta do PP & IASW & the Tea cups. Then off to Tomorrow Land to close out the night or um, morning, lol.

Day 3:
Sleep in...breakfast in room. Then to the pool mid morning til maybe noon. This was one thing Eli missed last trip, he loves the water, but it was Thanksgiving week & just a wee bit chilly for that kinda thing, lol. We did hit the pool once @ POR & they had a great time, but I was really cold. Then we found the hot tub.....................
After the pool we'll hang around the room for awhile then get ready for a late lunch/early dinner @ CiCi's Pizza. The kiddo's love that place. You may notice this trip we are trying to do the things that appeal to the kids mostly.
Anyway hope to hit AK around 5pm, evening EMH 8p-11pm. Have never done AK at night!! One of the highlights of Eli's last trip was the dig site in the Boneyard!!!

Day 4:
Up super early!!! Breakfast on the run again!!! MK early EMH 7a-8a!!! This morning we'll do Adventure Land, Frontier Land & TomorrowLand. Then leave, go back to POP for lunch & maybe a quick swim, rest, then head over to DTD for a 6pm ADR @ T-Rex!!! This is the only ADR we have made for this trip as most meals will be at resort or off property.
After dinner we will head over to Epcot for evening EMH. Spending this time in World Showcase area so the kiddies can do all the Kidcot things that we rushed them thru last trip. Then back to room & fall out.

Day 5: Sleep in a bit, not much tho gotta hit Typhoon Lagoon @ 10 am, lol. Breakfast in room or on the go again, light lunch or snack at the water park. Stay & play til aroung 1 then head back to room. Dinner somewhere off property at about 5pm then over to Hollywood Studios. Evening EMH 10p-1am!!!
Day 6: Blizzard Beach has early EMH @ 9am so we'll head over there for a short while then back to room for lunch, this afternoon will probably just be a rest time. Late dinner somewhere, lol. Probably hit Disney Quest sometime this day also.

Day 7: Our last full day. Not too many plans for the morning. Will probably see what we haven't done or just redo some of the favs. We do plan to hit MK for evening EMH tho, open til 2am.

Day 8: Departure Day. We'll pack maybe the kiddies can get that last swim in before we go. Not hitting any parks. That is what dd & I did last trip & the drive home was better as we were not exhausted from trying to cram stuff in on departure morning.
But sad as leaving is, we can get started on planning our Sept trip. Since we are not doing the DDP this trip, I think I will do a mini food review on the off site places we try.
