Fort Wilderness - Trails End lunch (have been to the petting zoo)
Contemp - Chef Mickey's brkfst, pool, arcade
WL - Whispering Canyon brkfst, pool, geyser, flag family
Poly - Kona brkfst, pool
Grand Floridian - will be quick visit by myself (we dont really like this one)
both monorail loops
maybe boat from TTC to MK, thought about the mouseboats
boat to Contemp, walk to MK, boat to GF, walk to Poly, monorail to Contemp
Electric water parade
Will also spend time at Typhoon Lagoon

what little things do you look for at each of the MK resorts?

Yes we know about pool hopping only while staying on our pts - we're staying 12 of our 14 nights on pts - 6nights pts, 2nights cash, 6nights pts

you can't pool hop - unless you are DVC member staying on your points.

the gift shop - sometimes you can find a nice sale.

go on the tours at WL and AKL.

She is.

I might add that DVC members are still asked to call in advance before pool hopping, and that they can be refused if the pool is crowded, and even asked to leave if the pool gets crowded after they are there. I've heard of the first scenario happening, but not the latter.

How about story teller at AKL?

Parasailing?

Water skiing?

Take a walk on the Boardwalk. Treat yourself to ice cream at B&C.

Definitely take a mouse out! They are pretty fun.

Ride on the front car of the monorail (resort loop)

Torch lighting at the Poly

watch wishes from one of many spots (beach, marina)

How about the Luau at the Poly. I know some folks hate it, but we thought the food was decent and the dancing was great.

And the CR is supposed to have the biggest arcade of any of the resorts, with a nice counter service spot that mom and dad can hang at while the kids play (are there any kids in your party?).

Don't forget AKL. You would have to do a lunch or dinner there, and unfortunately pool hopping not allowed. They have a tour of the savannahs that also shows you how they take care of the animals, etc. In the evening, they have a campfire/storytelling time done by the CMs from Africa. Since your DS will be 13, you may want to call ahead and find out what age group that is aimed at.
