Hi everyone,
We will be a group of 6, three couples in separate rooms but all on the dining plan. If you have traveled in a group like this, how did you keep track of credits? Did you separate the check, or just take turns paying?

Thanks!

Are you on seperate reservations? Each dining card will say 2A. Many servers won't let you purchase more meals than indicated on the card. Just ask for 3 checks. Tell them you're all on the dining plan.

We had this problem this year. We were a party of 10, 3 families in 3 separate rooms. All our credits were lumped together but when we were dining all our services expected us to have separate cards and were surprised we were on the same cards. I surpose this only causes a problem if your all eating separate and then it's harder to keep track on whos had what. It might be easier to ask the cm at check in to list them separate for each room and then if your eating together just hand in 3 separate room cards. Hope this helps.

My family went in October with my parents and whenever the check came we just told the server to take 2A/1C on one card and 2A on the other. Never had any problems.

When we were there in Oct it was the same for us as Hogie23. I had 1A/2C and the other room had 2A, when it was time to pay we just made sure to tell them I had myself and the two children and they had the other two adults. One server told us not to worry she could tell by the card but the others just thanked us and charged the credits accordingly. So, if you are all eating together, one person from each room should provide their card at the end of the meal.
