Anyone know when we can make the ressies? I'm used to the 180 day window for WDW - is there a similar window at Universal? I noticed a mention of an early breakfast (offered w/ the package) that I assume will be offered to everyone. That'd be awesome if they did an early bfast before the park opens like you can do at CRT, CP, etc...

Normally there is no reservation window like at Disney...you don't have to make plans seven years in advance just to eat. Since Three Broomsticks will be very busy like the rest of WWoHP, they may allow reservations except for those doing the packages...but I don't know...I don't know if anyone knows at this point. Maybe Universal will release more information closer to the June 18th opening date.

jmho, if they do start with the far-flung dining reservation windows they're going to alienate many of their current fans:rolleyes1

Is the Three Broomsticks going to be a full table service restaurant then? I guess I was under the inpression it would be more like a huge counter service type thing with lots of picnic type tables???

It looks like a counter service restaurant.

I spoke to Guest Relations about the Three Broomsticks, and I was told at breakfast there will be a buffet with serving trays like the Spiderman breakfast at the Confisco Grille. Lunch and dinner will be counter service.

You can make reservations now for Three Broomsticks. We are going in Dec. and have reservations made already and no HP package. Just added the breakfast.

How about for ppl not staying onsite?

Is it open before the park is, like at WDW, or did you just make the res. for when the park opens?

We have reservations for Dec. (as part of an HP package). The only times you could choose from were 8:30,9:00, or 9:30.

We are staying on site so I'm not sure. I have a 9:30 rese and they were offering them every 1/2 hour- 8:30, 9:00, 9:30. I would call and ask-it can't hurt. :)

I'm on hold right now but will let you know. Seems so far everyone I've talked to doens't know who I should talk to - currently on hold for the tickets agent (:confused3)

What # did you call??

Well, what happened was I called the number on my reservation to see about changing to the HP package but the person I was talking to (CM in Disney-speak) told me I could just add the breakfast and didn't have to upgrade to the package.

Interesting...I just spoke to Universal Islands of Adventure dining reservation number. They said the Three Broomsticks breakfast will not take reservations. You can only make a reservation if you have the package. Everyone else will have to do a walk-up on a first come, first served basis.

I also just spoke to an agent and was told that the breakfast was only available to those who booked the Harry Potter Package and could not be booked by anyone without the package.

No go - got the same thing. No package, no ressies

Oh well...more time to run to the Forbidden Journey when the park opens up!

It looks AMAZING!

I'll take one of those "Great Feast Platters" that comes with Fish & Chips, Sheppards Pie, Cornish Pasty, Turkey Legs, and fresh vegis!

Oh and I will have that with a pint of Pumpkin Juice and wash it all down with a pint of Butter Beer!

Doesn't sound like counter service but the CM this morning told me it was. Sounds GOOOOODDD!

Weird. I called the day the HP package was announced so maybe they were allowing it then? I dunno but I sure hope they honor it!!

Can someone point in the direction of the menu? Thanks!

;)I would love to see the menu for b'fast, lunch and dinner too!
Can you make ressies for lunch and dinner if not on a HP package?
