Three Broomsticks reservations post-June 18th?

We got the HP package that includes breakfast for October. When we purchased the package, they sent an email with basically all of the info EXCEPT for the reservation to 3 Broomsticks. About 24-48 hours later, we received a second email that gave us our reservation time.

Yup, only package people can make breakfast reservations (though if they have extra space or package guests are low it looks like people can walk in and purchase breakfast the day of too!). Lunch and dinner are counter service.

I have asked my contact at Universal about this repeatedly and it is still the same...no reservations at 3 Broomsticks.
