Is this only available as part of the Harry Potter package? I have a friend going and they are staying onsite, but not doing the package. I can't seem to find anything on the Universal Website about it other than as part of the 4-day package. Thanks.

It was only part of packages and reservation only for about a week in 2010. Since then, its open. They do change to lunch rather early (something like 10:30 which is great for us as lunch is better for us menu-wise than breakfast) so plan accordingly!
