Three 2-BRs...

If we wanted to plan a vacation for a large group, and we were booking three 2 BRs, how hard is it to get the villas close together? Are some resorts easier than others? Can you request this? Any tricks I should know? Or experiences? THANKS!

AS Deb & Bill says, it would be a request, not a guarantee, but I've never had a problem getting rooms nearby at OKW...they'd either be in the same building or the next building over. SSR, given its size, probably wouldn;t have much of a problem with the request, either.

Probably the larger the resort, the better chance you'd have of getting a "nearby" type of request for 3 units.

I don't know about 2-BR's but we just were at BWV in Dec and had 3-1 BR and I requested we be close. We were all next door to one another. Never hurts to ask.

We were thinking of SSR since it's our home resort and maybe switching to OKW at 7 months just to save points. I get the point that bigger resort would be easier...makes sense. So, maybe we would be okay!

I think if your party is registered as a Grand Gathering, it will help to get rooms close together. This is what we were told last April.
