I avoid the cliquey threads and some of the politically charged threads. I do sometimes participate in political discussion, it just depends on my mood!

I'll club baby seals just like the next guy, but I really, pardon the pun, think that topic has been beaten to death. I just avoid it.

I stay away from threads about pasteurization and Louis Pasteur. No point in going there, IMHO.

And threads about people who like the Marmakuke cartoon - give me a break! And the ones about juggling! What are people thinking?

Pets. I don't like animals at all so I stay away from those threads.

I wish we could have chosen more than one.

I avoid the cliquey threads, because why on earth would anyone want to read one of those unless you're actually involved?

I also avoid kid problems because usually the opinions of women without their own children are not wanted nor respected.

I should avoid the teacher threads (because I'm a teacher), but I sometimes can't resist.

I peek at everything...avoid getting involved in most of them. Obviously, I'm just here to have some fun - which still gets me in trouble sometimes. Live and let live.

yeah, I need more than one but I chose the cliquey threads.

The Swan/Dolphin cheerleaders, the Lush Ladies etc, the games -- just not my thing.


2nd I think would be Religion but I didn't choose it because I find myself caught up in them too often. I just don't need people telling me I'm stupid for being a Christian, I don't need people telling me that my Christianity isn't real enough, I don't need people telling me that all Christians are stupid Cult followers....and I really don't like reading other Christians condemning people to Hell and such. I hate that.
