welcome back MagiKitty! Can't wait to hear more details about your trip. What a cool story about the pixie dust! WDW truly is a magical place, and I've always wanted to go on a Wishes cruise.

off topic, does anyone know much about GPS? Thought I would surprise DH with one for Christmas but don't even know where to begin. I'm hoping they will be on sale Friday.

Okay... I came over here to post and feel a little bit better about myself. I to back a fellow Diser on another post about "Spending too much at Christmas" and I was ripped 6 ways from Sunday All I said was I too thought people spend way to much and it wasn't what's under the tree that matters. Well, I heard stories about a poor childhood and how buying tons of gifts for their kids somehow makes up for that injustice. They told me I was judgemental and on and on it went. On a good note, I don't think I was ever quoted so many times in my life before.
Wow...is it just me or are some people just altra sensitive on these threads????

ok, since this is the "feel good thread" , and since I have great news to share but DH and I aren't "officially" announcing it just yet, I thought this would be the perfect place to share my good news (since I'm so happy I could bust but can't tell friends/family just yet)...........

just took 2 pregnancy tests and both were positive!!!!!

WOW! Great big congratulations to you missingthemouse!!!!! What a wonderful blessing for your family. You must be so excited. I'll be praying for an easy pregnancy for you. Will you tell your family at Thanksgiving or will you have to hold it in?

D&D- sorry for your bad experience. I'm not sure why it's so hard for some people to disagree without getting mean and defensive. I agree with you on the giving too much. Not good for the kids.

I think some people just do not think anyone else can have an opinion. I got knocked for trying to look at the positive side of something and held my breath when I posted it. One person agreed with me.

thank you all for the congrats! I am so excited and not at all feeling sick (please pray that will continue!!!) My little sister is getting married next week in Hawaii and having a reception dec 28th, and I don't want to "steal her thunder" so I'm trying to keep it quiet until then. It sure is fun having lots of friends on this thread to tell though

also, I'm trying to think of a "clever" way to tell grandparents and our 5 year old. any ideas?
