Is there some sort of thread where we can look for Dis'ers in our area?

I would love to find Dis'ers in my area. Then I could set up a lunch or something with them to ask all those questions that always seem to slip my mind when I am here posting.

Every now and then on the boards you will see that there is a Dis Meet in another city somewhere. I'm not sure how these get organized. I think it's a great idea. However, for reasons of personal security many users don't post their home town. That may be keeping some from setting up a meet.

Yeah - now that you guys mention it, security may be an issue. But still, it would be fun to meet others!

Bella the only place on the DIS to meet other DISer is in the Just for Fun Fourm, under DIS Meets...check it out and see if this is what you are looking for.
