I've been browsing this thread for a few days and was going to ask you a question, but I saw your post about a family emergency and have now noticed that you haven't posted for quite a few days. I really hope everything is okay. I know that many people on the Dis feel a connection to the other members, especially the ones who are so generous with their time. (That connection would actually be creepy if we didn't all "get it" as Lou Mongello says ). Please update us when you can to let us know how things are going.

I'm around just poping in and out

My dad is very ill ---recently hospitalized and we are facing "hospice" care....
he is also fighting a bad blood infection that is currently being treated by 3 different types of anibiotics. He is a fighter and loves life so it's important that
he have "Quality" of life right now.
DIsigning helps me refocus for periods of time but if things get to overwhelming I'll just post that I need a break. Everyone here is very kind and thoughtful and I appreciate all the ((((((healing)))))) ((((Hugs))))) sent my way.

I sent you a PM but wanted to post this here in case others might be looking for the same thing. Do I remember seeing a "matchbook" style card on one of your threads? If so, could you post it again? I bought some pastel colored, large, individually wrapped lifesavers after Easter. I thought they would be cute stapled inside the matchbook as a small Thank You for the CM's in the kids club and the people who bring room service on the cruise. I was thinking of a cute saying about saving our lives, but couldn't really come up with anything that I liked.

I LOVE the "crackers". I just got photoshop and haven't begun to figure out how to use it. Why is everything that's cool so complicated?

I have not forgotten about pics. Life has just been very hectic. My prayers go out to you and your family. My dad is in the hospital again. He had chemo 3 months and at the checkup found out it was back again. So, he had to go in for surgery to see how bad it is before they figure out the next course of action. He has been thru alot. 2 years ago had a triple by pass and open heart surgery where they cut out part of the dead heart muscle, but he's a fighter.

Well, onto the photos. There are quite a few. Hope you don't mind:

Christopher's birthday treats.

I think I took one of your bag topper designs to make a wrapper

Christopher was upset he couldn't do treat bags. They weren't allowed. I attached a candy bar to his cards he gave out.

100th day of school treat bags

Chinese new year goodies-I hope you don't mind I changed the flag on Mulan envelope to a flag of Taiwan. That's were my mom is from.

They were all big hits. Gotta run for now...kids are arguing. When you get a chance I would like something for Christopher's preschool graduation May

Both the Magic and the Wonder. Including all the gang pirate one. With "Treats for you, from the Pappernek Family". No date or year on them. Also one more favor please, a few different disney bag toppers that say "Happy Birthday Mikey" no year or date either. Thank you soo much. Brenda
