After having used Flex Points for almost a full week, my first impression of the new program is not good. I feel like it's a licence to eat more, and there is not as much motivation to excercise. Now I am doing this online, so if any of you who go to meetings have any words of advice for me I'll take them. I just think I liked the more strict Winning Points better. What does everyone else think?

I'm still getting use to the program myself ... I have to say that I like the Flex Points because I don't have to think about banking points. This way, I don't have to wait until I've saved up enough points before going out to eat at a restaurant.

What I do is I set a limit on the number of Flex Points I'm going to use... My current points target is 20 which would have been 18-23 under the old system. Right now, I'm limiting myself to 21 points over the week which works out to an extra 3 points a day. Some days I eat more than the 3 Flex Points and some days I don't eat any of the Flex Points.

At my meeting we were told that we don't have to eat the Flex Points at all ... So, if you don't want to eat them, you don't have to ;) but I think it's nice to have them there ... just in case :p *lol*

This Thursday, I'll be starting week 3 of the new program... I think this is the week we're suppose to be getting more info about exercise and activity points... I'll let you know what happens at my meeting. :)

HTH!
