Thoughts on LTT

Ella's Mom, keep your ADRs. It's not gonna be a gourmet dinner, but basic Thanksgiving-y fare. Some of it is probably pre-prepared.

BUT, I'd say without hesitation it was the best character interaction we've had in a long, long time, and if you've got picky eaters, you should have a delightful experience.

And, yes, at our house we WILL eat Stouffer's lasagne in a pinch, and even live to tell about it.

I agree that it would be nice to try each resturant at WDW at least once. I've visited many of them over the years, but still trying to try new ones during each trip. I will be visiting the LTT during my upcoming trip (see dates below), for the first time, and have a reservation for lunch for my first experience there.

I doubt, however, that I will ever be able to say I've eaten at EVERY spot at WDW. Too many of them, and new ones popping up every now and then as well.

Enjoy.

You are so right, I couldn't have said it any better. :thumbsup2
Funny how they even adverstise the mac and cheese as "Stouffers" as if it is a selling point! :rotfl: :rotfl2: :confused3

I really like the LTT, its probably my favorite restaurant in the MK, that and Columbia Harbor House. the food is pretty plain, but like someone said earlier I really like it that way, none of that fancy stuff. I've only eaten there at lunch (not a big characters person), had the turkey dinner twice, and the salmon once, my husband has had the pot roast twice which he says is quite good. I didn't care much for the Salmon (Artists Point just killed my interest anywhere else!), but at no time did I think the meals came right out of stouffer's boxes... Stouffers does do a good mac and cheese, I can understand them touting that.

My family has always enjoyed it very much. It is basic, good, comfort food. I do not think they use large vats of frozen, premade Stouffers food however given the amount of people they serve. Stouffer's sponsors just like Coke, Sparkle towels, Nestle and other well known names sponsor other eateries at WDW. One of the best parts of the meal at dinner is the salad that has a very good strawberry vinagerette on it. And the character interraction is always great. I don't think you can go wrong unless you have to have gourmet food. That however will be hard to find at a character meal!
