Thoughts on buying Direct

I keep coming back to the idea that I will love Riviera and I want some points direct so I can. My issue is now, should I get 75-85 points there for the 11 month advantage, or get 100-110 at SSR or OKW assuming we could get availability at 7 months. If the new min turns out to be true, I'm gonna need to make a quicker decision on RIV than I planned.

Just to put a bow on this, we ended up purchasing 75 at SSR. Will build off that with resale if need be. Thanks for all the help
