thoughts about swaps

I have a question ... why was a swap, that belongs to another board, posted on the DIS anyway???

it wasn't meant to be disrespectful or anything.
what I thought was if 1 or 2 maybe 3 or 4 people would join a swap I hosted I could get some sort of references on being a host here. again I didn't think that many people here would be interested in my swap since nobody knew me. I guess I was wrong ) It's not like I was just using you guys just to fill spots. I still have my friends saying I'll take China or Italy. I tell them know the swap is closed and I let them know about the one I just posted here. If they want to be in that swap they have to sign up for the disboards since I made that one a dis member only swap lol

ah, here's the thing. no one needs a reference to host/particpate in a swap here. maybe that was what got everyone going. It's not like lifetime moments or some of the other boards where you can't host a swap unless you sign over your firstborn. maggie

ahhhh but I didn't know that. Like I said in my apology post I should have asked someone. I said I'm sorry, I said I was wrong. I can't do anymore than I'm doing to correct my mistake. is there anything else I can do.

ANY future swaps that are not DIS BOARD only will be POSTED AS SUCH

and anyone is welcome to start a swap no referal or references needed

in fairness there weren't many. there are still some available in the character group swap but the epcot was only 3 I think
