Looks like the middle and older kids are covered, and I have a four year old so I thought I'd make a Christmas/Holiday thread to get some good ideas for thoughtful gifts for younger kids that we can all swap stories and ideas about. Personally, we're on a budget for the holidays so we can still save the bulk of our spending money for Disney World, which Squeaks doesn't know when we're going. Hopefully I can hold out to surprise her on the big day. That's beside the point.
My Squeaks loves music, and asked for a guitar. We have a toy guitar (it's shaped like a dog and with the turn of a dial will play with barks) that she's lost interest in. I'm wondering if she's still a bit too little for a small acoustic, but maybe she's not. She also loves art, so I thought about an easel and an art set, some small toys, and then stuff she'll need for The World. (Woohoo, new sneakers with plenty of time to break them in!)
