Do vegetarians eat animal crackers?

Interesting idea.

So, do they?

Well, vegetarians sometimes eat food products that aren't made from meat, but are made to imitate it. Quorn comes to mind. If they eat imitation meat, then there's no reason they won't eat animal crackers...

Yeah, i've ruined the question now...

I was going to ask something regarding vegetarians but I do believe it would be rather inappropriate.

Yes. They eat anything that doesn't contain actual meat or gelatin.

the really really really hard core ones might not, actually. "nothing with a face."

and since they're produced in a "circus" theme, does a circus benefit from the sale of them? if so, veges are definitely not buying.

I think it may be how the individual feels about it. I know some hardcore vegans who definitely wouldn't eat anything shaped like an animal.

wdwtraveler27, didn't you say you ate fish?

hmmmm.
good question.

my friend is a vegetarian, but she would totally eat animal crackers because she is a vegetarian to be healthy, not so much because of animal cruelty.
does that make sense?
i don't know though, maybe i should offer her some animal crackers and see what she says.

Yes, but they have an odd feeling of guilt afterwords.
