Thought I would share...

I've been wanting to draw our portrait ever since my partner and I got together. I've been kept too busy drawing for other people, that I couldn't find time for myself.

The weather went from 80 degrees this past week, to a high of 40 today. So we stayed inside, cooked a pot of chili, turned up the heat and got all cozy. Then we both decided to get creative. My partner Steven has been working on a triptych painting all day and I started and finished our portrait.

It was taken during our last trip to DLR for the holidays.

Thanks so much. I just wish I didn't draw so fast. I was finisihed in about 3 hours. I need to start a project that will last me for a couple weeks, but I get anxious to finish things quickly so I can see the end result.

Thanks everyone! I've been drawing portraits as well as personal work and figure studies since I was young. Went to college and gradschool for it as well.

I've done work for friends, co-workers, family. Just about anyone I guess.
