I have to keep mine double knotted so I don't trip over myself anymore than necessary.

But I do find myself using cutsy words at work and those that don't have kids look at me like I need a straight jacket.

I gave up shoe laces. I buy those twirly ones that you never have to tie. I wear them, too!

I always double knot my laces because they are long.

But, as a physical therapist, sometimes I will remove and replace a patients shoe. When I double knot them, it can be a problem.

DH still double knots his shoes. He doesn't understand why I think it's so funny.

I've had my shoes double knotted a few times lately because I convince DH that he has to tie my shoes for me, and he always does them that way.

I double knot them intentionally. For some reason, the left one always comes untied. Annoying! Double knots solve it.
