When did you get your check-in information? We arrive in 9 days and I still don't have any. I paid the final payment weeks ago. I emailed the owner (it's not Dave) yesterday and I haven't heard back yet.

I'm probably just antsy. I'm just a planner and I like to know exactly what needs to be done way in advance. Any ideas when I might get that info?

We have rented through them twice and both times I hard everything with in hours of making the payment. I would try the owner again then I would call the office.

As soon as I made final payment at 6 weeks before , I got the check-in info. I would be pro-active about it and not wait.

I was gonna suggest emailing Dave ASAP. His is totally on top of everything and super responsive. All business managers should be this good. I have been very impressed with him!
