If you did welcome bags or welcome letters, what info did you include in your welcome letter? I have a 'welcome' section, a 'directions' section and the agenda so far. Any other recommendations? I am getting down to crunch time...wedding in less then one month!

Hey-

We included a lot of what you mentioned in both our newsletters and welcome baskets.

The other information we included was about the rehearsal dinner location, time, directions, etc, for the people involved. We included day before and day of time lines and important reminders for the wedding party.

Information for all the guests included contact information, our plans to be in which park on certain days, etc.

we have our welcome card, a itiniary sheet with group events, our wedding day timeline & estimated transportation times. a wdw guide page with the park hours, emh & the top 3 attractions of each park & dtd. these are in our welcome bag along with our other gifts & goodies.

Twojo reminded me...

We included highlights and must-see attractions for each of the parks in a guest newsletter. Also, my mom picked up a bunch of park maps that we're including in them :rolleyes1

If you have chartered transportation, be sure that information is in there, too.

Although mine is a while to go yet, im going to include park maps and one of the disney transportation leaflets as my guest have never been to WDW before...i wouldnt want them to get lost lol....
