Sounds like a new shopper bonus they do sometimes. If you've not shopped Macy's before or in the last, idk, 12 months or something you can get a new shopper bonus if you make a purchase during their promo.

jealous of you guys who were able to run the BET videos. I couldn't get them to work, same with ncraves.

I get that if I'm in a browser that doesn't support the ad type. I do SB in Edge but it doesn't always run LTG ads, when that happens I try Chrome and sometimes I'll get the video or whatever it was. Sometimes I still get the white page. Then I'll just hit the green button, sometimes a few times, and I'll usually get the video sets where you go for 10 seconds of each video and 8-10 videos at least.

Thanks for the tip. I tried both Chrome and IE and it was the same. But I didn't hit the green button a few times as you said. So if it happens again I'll try that!

I still haven't received the 500sb bonus from the March offer. It was a targeted offer to spend $20 or more in shop and receive a 500sb bonus. I contacted them after 30 days and they told me I had to wait 64 days (???) but it's been long over 64 days not. I've contacted them again and they are ignoring me. This has happened a few times before. I get really annoyed with SB's

It did for us, but we haven't done it lately. I did it last summer and hubby did like Nov/Dec. For both of us it was pretty instant seeing the pending credit in the activity list, like a couple minutes.

But I've noticed lately a few things that you'd think should be instant, take an hour or more to pop up. I signed up for a sweepstakes (for a whopping 20sb) and it was a few hours before it popped up pending. Hopefully that's all it is here.

I did the offer a few days ago and have nothing pending. Already got the email confirmation and shipping email from Gillette so I know it went through. I’ll just keep all my documentation and submit a ticket after the 32 days are up if nothing has credited. It’s 3000 SB so I will absolutely follow up with this one!

I've had to fight with them for the Gillette offer before (right at a year ago, actually)...they never credited...I was so hoping it would just go through this time!

Did you see the offer went up to 4000sb's today!?! Of course, right after I do it yesterday...
