Those using swagbucks ???

I'm really torn about doing the GameFly offer. Husband still hasn't gotten credit for Hulu offer, and I see on Reddit a lot of folks are in the same boat. Trial Pay and Swagbucks basically ignoring claims for credit.

GameFly is also Trial Pay. I started to do the offer and got the big blue banner that says to Activate Offer. I clicked that multiple times but it never shows 'Activated' like it does for shopping. I finally gave up. I'd like to do the offer if it credits but it's not a service that would be valuable to me otherwise...like we might get a game or two but I wouldn't sign up for it without the SB incentive. At least with Hulu I can get some value out of that even if they stiff us on the SB.

But if you don't and don't wanna put a ticket in you just cancel. It was very easy to cancel. That way you have a chance to get the SB's. Idk, just what I was thinking.

Spin and Win gave me a double survey and double search. And I managed to complete a 250 SB survey (one that said 20 min but was probably 10) and got my first search to break 10 in weeks (a 26). Lucky timing today!

So this was the first time I did a SB local where it was a sit-down restaurant so I put the tip on the card. I got the email nearly immediately that I have pending points but the points amount was calculated off the initial card hold before the tip gets charged. Since it's pending for a couple days, will the final points be adjusted for the actual card charge or I just get what it is now?

On another note, we got a surprise credit today for a Marriott stay we haven't taken yet Have no idea why. At the end of July we booked a Residence Inn room for next week ... so we haven't even checked in yet and we didn't advance pay. It was booked under my husband's account and he never went back into the activity log to check it, so he didn't realize it was picked up right away and gave a 31 day pending date. We're definitely going to be staying there but just found that odd given the reports here of slow credits for stays.

Now if only my IHG was so nice, we have completed that stay but it still listed as "credits after travel date". It was kinda recent so I'll give it a little longer before I put a ticket in.

Forgive me if anyone posted about this....I scrolled back but didn't see anything. Is anyone having trouble with ncraves and the watch videos? My ncraves say there's no activities right now so I figured I'd watch some videos. When I click on one to watch, it takes me to a screen that says something like oops that video is no longer available but we'll route you to one that is and then it goes to a white page with a jeep ad on it or it takes me to Laptop Guy. This has been doing it since yesterday. Any ideas?

This is sort of a mystery to a lot of us because it just happens randomly and the response from Swagbucks is BS. Try clearing cookies/cache on your browser or try using a different browser. Sometimes I find they're gone on my desktop but I can still access them on my laptop. Sometimes for people they're gone for a day and sometimes it's weeks. Hopefully yours come back soon!

So annoyed and I should have looked first. Needed to get my oil changed and where I normally go had a long line so I thought I'll go to jiffy lube they're on sb local. Except they aren't any more. There's nowhere on local I really go but I had remembered all the jiffy lubes where on it when I looked last month. Oh well.

ETA - I just that Cost Plus is on my sb local. Only 2 sb per $1 but an awesome option for a swago board. I'll stop by tomorrow and get something to see how it goes.

I noticed last night, and again this morning that the Jun videos (Laptop guy) that say Autoblog are not crediting. Last night I had a bunch that were only 3 videos long, no credit. This morning I just had one that was 10 videos, no credit. Then when I hit view more content, I got one that did not say Autoblog and it did credit. Now I get another Autoblog, frustrating!

This will be a longish post. Sorry.
We were on vacation the last week of August, and my son was a horse's derriere. I am seriously considering cancelling our Disney vacation, since he was such a brat. The problem is that he is 4, and he really doesn't understand it when I tell him that we won't go. I need and want my husband to step up and stop spoiling our son, but that is taking time. I thought when we got back from vacation, I could try to get things under control. But we came back to Houston and the world of Horrible Harvey, and that took a back seat.

I had scheduled several shopping trip scheduled to credit while I was on vacation, but between the lack of internet coverage, and our son's brattiness, I just stopped Swagging. I was so down. Coming home to the storm didn't help that, but I realized that even if I didn't cash in my SBs for gc's for Disney, I could still get $ through Paypal. So that's what I am doing, while I decide what to do about Disney. I am not letting Swagbucks schedule my life any more, and that's a big adjustment.
Before I go further, I should say that we got home fine (despite a blinding horrible ride from the airport), we are SO fortunate -no water in my house, no damage to speak of, never lost power or TV! My office was flooded, so I can't return to work until Tues, our son's day care has reopened, and the city collected our trash.
Yesterday, I went to lunch at place on SB Local, and got my Swago square filled! It took a while to get the 30 spins, but I eventually got them (the SBs are still pending though). I also noticed that Cost Plus World Market is on SB Local, so I ran in there to see a store with stocked shelves (our supermarkets have been depleted by the storm). My ncraves are missing, LTG isn't crediting, but I am making my first goals, so I get the thrill of completing a task, without the stress to make money.

I know it is too late now, but for future reference - I did the GameFly offer and it sort of credited immediately. I opened a ticket that I haven't heard back about yet because it credited for 2500 SB instead of the 2800 advertised, but either way I come out ahead so even in the worst-case of the missing 300 never showing up I didn't lose anything by trying.

They have all their clearance an extra 50% off and then I had a coupon for 15% so only spent 3.50 after tax for a cute wind chime. It's only 2sb per $ but if you are shopping there anyway or need a sb local I like it as a better option than the restaurants.

Sorry if this is old news, but I've been on hiatus from Disboards for awhile! I just noticed that under Watch, the 'Bag O'Plenty' playlist is 20 videos that are only 2 seconds long. You an click through them in 10 seconds and it credits 3 SB immediately.

Just wanted to share in case someone didn't know this like I didn't!
