Mine are back too! I got another canned response from them this morning about not being able to contact the third party about the problems, but I saw many many other people were having the same issue so at least I knew I wasn't alone. I'm glad to see others are back as well!

I think the only way to get surveys back is to contact them. I had a similar situation where I think my DD 27 had tried to do surveys on my home computer and they said I was inconsistent. Inemail d and pled ignorance and asked for them to be reinstated.

I just did an entire PL survey, got to the end classifications filled those out and it told me I didn't qualify! I sent an email about it because that's not cool!

I have sent so many requests about surveys taking me to the end then not qualifying me or just simply not loading anymore, and other issues. Never once have they ever responded to me. Th CS is sorely lacking.

Evidently I'm several hours behind, I came on to update that this actually worked for me, took about 1 minute to credit. In the disclaimer it says something about clicking the 'continue' button, I had got there after selecting download and when I clicked continue it asked for CC info and I closed out at that point. About a minute later I had my 60sb.

The other thing that credited for me tonight was the Free Oreo samples offer that I found in my inbox. It took me to coolsavings so it actually worked and I got 25 sb instant.

Reading over the letter I chose it's not that different from what I use, though I find the whole cover letter thing ridiculous and annoying. Is that formatting really what people are doing? Unless it requires an upload I have always used the cover letter as the email, should I not do that?

Well, I came across the Budget Board when thinking of creative ways to save for future Disney World trips and came across this thread. You guys have me hooked! I've only been doing it for a few days but I'm very happy with my progress thus far. There are a few things that annoy me about the site and I've already had to contact them once about not being credited, but after a few emails they did come through. Nonetheless, I'm only a day or two away from my first $25 amazon gc and I'm pretty happy about it!

Thank you this worked for me too. My second goal today is 500, which is just ridiculous, unless I have a shopping visit credit.

In other good news, I was able to cancel my Naturebox membership in time, so I won't be billed. I had to chat with someone online, and he wanted to know why I was cancelling, but since I didn't have to hear a voice pleading with me, it wasn't as painful.

I had several surveys credit today. I'm not sure why I am lucky, but I figured I let you all know that if you see a survey for 10 min and 50 SB, it's worth a short. The ones I hit are all from the new vendor (insightexpress.com shows in the url), and they are not painful, and they do credit.

On the other hand, I am really ticked that I didn't get any notice that the things I bought on Prime Day earned me credit. I bought lots of clothes on Amazon, but there were other things that Amazon wouldn't credit. It's unfair that they just ignored the whole order. And my Wal-Mart order didn't give me Shop & Earn credit either. These were 2 stores that they WANTED us to shop at. And yes, I can send in a ticket in 28 days, but that's no fun at all.

I got an email back today from PL saying they couldn't credit faulty surveys. Frustrating but at least they replied?
