I clicked 'activate' and now it is blue and says 'available'
Do I need to do anything else to claim it? Only 10 SB's, but hey....10 is 10 :)

This activation thing is totally new. You have never had to do that before. But thanks for mentioning this because I doubt if I redeemed for a gift card that it would have given me the 60 SB back.
 
For the Macys offer, curious if by shopped they mean actually made a purchase or if they are being shady and meaning if you have ever clicked the Macys link.

You are correct. If you redeem for a $5 GC, they will take 500 SB out of your account, but you will immediately receive a "Swag Up" credit.

Okay guys how do you complete a Lifescripts offer?
First thoughts were

A. Ya don't... ever!
B. Magic!

But then again i'm a smart alec. I've never got one to credit, I remember them from my QR days where it didn't credit there either. First one came up doing Swagbucks I thought to myself "hey i remember you" and apparently they remembered me too, in scary a$$ accuracy, from when I tried years ago. I thought well it's been some years and it's a different site maybe they'll have worked out the kinks.... nope, no credit again. So I don't even waste my time, I see it as a Lifescript and just close down.

So if anyone's got tips I'm open to hearing it too, cuz there's just so darn many of them :)

Those things are notorious for not crediting, but if they are going to, it will be on the first or sometimes second page, depending on how it's set up. It's the page that asks for your address and other info, etc. You do NOT need to actually complete the survey of endless offers as that has no impact on you receiving credit. If you don't receive credit after that first page,stop. Generally, you're only going to get ONE lifescript offer to credit per month (if you're lucky), though some people have had luck with clearing cookies, using a different browser or device, going incognito, or changing up their email address. Still, none of those things are guaranteed to work. I rarely waste my time with them since they almost never credit and I've never had any luck submitting a ticket to Swagbucks and getting credited for those offers. The Quality Health ones are the same way.

My team came in 4th place, so I think mine was only 10 SB's! And I'm cashing in my SB's for a $25 Walmart card shortly, so I guess it will credit then? I thought I had to actually buy a gift card...with like cash, not SB's! So sounds like I'll still get it :-)
 
My account was reactivated!!!

Again WARNING: Beware of using multiple tabs/ browsers. You might get shut down, too.

A week ago yesterday I was deactivated and immediately sent an email, which they didn't respond to. I waited a week (Help Center says it can take up to 5 business days.) Yesterday morning I sent another email and a private fb msg. When I still had no response at 2:30pm, I posted publicly to their wall. They commented back that they are working on it. Very soon after that, I got an email back. This is what it said:

So hubby never got a response on the first ticket he submitted the same day you were both deactivated. Couple days ago he created a new ticket and then messaged them through fb asking for an update. They finally replied a little bit ago with the same canned response that it was deactivated due to video violations.

But we don't know what it was he did because he didn't do any of the stuff they listed nor did he even run multiple tabs or browsers. In the very first couple days after he created the account, he did have two browser windows open side by side with different videos and he got a message that he was watching videos too fast. So, thanks for the warning, and ever since he's made sure that only one tab/window was open... even the couple times when the videos locked up his system and it rebooted, one time firefox restored the tabs and somehow the videos restarted by themselves, BUT somehow opened a second window. He made sure to close both down, waited, and then relogged into the account to try again.

So he responded back like RedHotMama that he didn't do anything listed and if anything did happen it certainly wasn't intentional. He did other earning activities and would like to continue, could they please tell him what it was he did wrong so he can avoid it in the future and reactivate the account to pursue the other activities? So we'll see what happens.

Still very shocked/disbelief about the number of people who post on the SB site and on the SB facebook page about running multiple tabs AND THEN going to sleep! or work! or anywhere but in front of the PC! and they're still going but they shut down an account that was only open 3 weeks for video violation. It says you can earn up to 500 SB per day watching videos but individually we never got near that. I think the best was 2 hundred something from nCrave and videos in a day, the rest of the points was all from surveys or offers or buying giftcards. Mathematically we couldn't really figure out how to get 500 points without doing something that could seemingly violate the TOS. It was easy enough to earn as a newbie that we weren't going to be greedy and try anything that might seem shady so we were happy with a hundred or two video points in a day. I'd be ok if they could reactivate his account and somehow disable the video access, just so he could get my referral points and do the other surveys and offers. Fingers crossed...
 
I've had 1 tab open on 1 computer for only videos and I've gotten the "slow down you're watching videos too fast" multiple times. I usually only do videos on their own because they run so slowly, even on my fast computer. This is all very curious!

It has to do with clicking too fast not with how many tabs you have open. I will get it on ncraves where you have to view web pages and with videos. If you click too fast after it check marks as done it'll give you that message.

They autoplay but once there's a check mark that it's done you can click to the next. If you aren't clicking anything then there's an error on their end.

Yeah I think it's their error becuase I just let them play on their own. I leave the volume on low and usually just read while it plays. Since they're so slow I only do it once for the to-do list "watch".

For the Lifescript offers (like the Zest samples, baseball fan pack, febreeze, baby food, etc), NEVER have I actually received what was originally being offered, even when I went through and completed the entire survey of offers. It's been nearly a year since I've tried some of them, so it's not like it's going to come and shipping is just slow. For any of the offers on the survey pages, I haven't actually hit yes to know if I would receive any of those. For the Quality Health offers with the free diabetes or MS wristband, I have received those in the mail, and I also have received some digital recipe books through them that were offered (ironically, I always receive those even when the offers don't credit the swagbucks).
