Those using swagbucks ???

Peanut Labs 14sb Good Rx. Not sure how far you have to go to get credited, I entered email, name etc then clicked on a couple of the questions before I checked. Credited right away.

I had two surveys in a row last night where I got all the way to the end and they didn't credit. I had no way of proving I did them. Then one this morning that told me at the end that something had happened and I would be credited in 30 days. :confused3

I wanted to ask you guys how you normally cash out. I have enough for my first $25 gift card. I'm happy to just leave it in there until I can get a larger gift card but part of me thinks it may be wise to cash out in $25 increments. I'd hate to get hundreds in the account and have it disappear or something. The program is just unreliable enough with some aspects that it concerns me to leave a balance running. What do you all do?

I do one Target gift card for 2,200 points and the rest in PayPal.

Please help! For those who did the Wen hair care deal, did you purchase the $30 or the $40 kit? I read where the "introductory kit" must be purchased for the credit, but neither are titled as introductory. I was thinking it's the $30 kit, but want to make sure before 'wasting' money on Wen products. TIA!

I'm pretty sure it was the 30 kit. Should include 2 bottles of "cleansing conditioner" a small bottle of mouuse and a small bottle of serum I think.

When do we get our monthly bonus?

Today! (Actually, they started beign available yesterday but I missed it).

You have to claim it. Go to your daily goal dropdown and at the bottom there is a box to click on to claim it.

On every survey I do I take a screenshot at the end - sometimes the survey has a percentage bar or there is a thank you page or some sort of message to indicate the survey was completed. I also take a screenshot of the surveys page - that will have the survey #, amount and it it will have the date from my computer. This way if the survey does not credit (I usually give it a couple of days) I have all the info I need to send in a ticket. When you do a ticket you can add the screenshots.

I have been doing SB for a couple of years now and ave never had a problem with my points disappearing or anything - not saying it could not happen but so far so good. I usually cash out the first $25 in a gc since it is discounted and the rest in Paypal. If you are saving for Disney you could do Target (and then turn them into Disney cards), Landry's (for TRex or RFC), Southwest or any card you might need for the trip (gas, food etc). I have saved up my points for a larger card with no issues - usually Southwest so I don't have to deal with their 4 forms of payment limit.

Thanks for the info on cashing out. I just joined and I thought I would do 1 discount GC per month then just roll the rest. And thank you all for the helpful info on this thread.

Submitted my first ticket with the new help center. Bummed that I won't get anything until Monday. Did a 100sb survey, got to the end with the thank you and then got the quota filled. Hopefully I get my sb for it like in the past.

ETA - I thought the help center said their hours were M-F but I got credited today, yay 2nd goal met!

Not really happy with the help center. Submitted a ticket )3000 Proactive deal) on Monday thinking with 4 business days I would here back on my ticket. Saturday no reply, get a password to look at my tickets- My ticket was closed as soon as I submitted it. Sent in new ticket, and got an email replay. Hopefully they get back to me fairly soon next week.
