Those using swagbucks ???

I submitted a ticket last week Tuesday for that app game and I haven't heard a thing or gotten the points. No idea what is going on with their customer services but i need to respond to the ticket today to find out what's going on.

I think with the football one and maybe the game one that it gets done manually off a list or something. They need some way of verifying so maybe that's why it's taking longer.
 
Someone talk me off the ledge. I just spent like 45 minutes over lunch on a tedious movie survey to get 98% done only to have them say "dear respondent, we are inserting important changes in the survey! Please try in 1 hour." :sad::sad::sad::sad::sad::sad:
 
Ugh. I never read the email from sb. Apparently I used the wrong ticket so I need to submit again. No wonder I never got anything. Should always read the emails.

Eta - of course the screen shots are on my old phone so ill have to do it tonight. Oh well

That's crazy. I'm not sure I'm the best one to talk you off a ledge. The surveys are doing me in the last few days. But there are so few other opportunities to earn that I need to complete a survey or two every day.

Eta: was it one with trailers for Bad Moms and Jason Bourne? That's the one that kicked me out yesterday after 30 minutes.

I do exactly what you said. We get wal mart gift cards, then once I spend them on groceries, we transfer the $ to our disney fund. It's super easy to do. I just open the gift card through the email on my phone and screen shot it. When I pay, I hold up my phone with the bar code on it and they scan it. I've never had any problems. You can also print it out if you're more comfortable that way. You can print it as many times as you need.

I am having a problem with the apps that I have not encountered before. It started yesterday afternoon and I am getting it on all the apps. The ads run fine, even if I have to 'x' out, but the app doesn't even start the video. It gets me the 'loading' screen with the spinning circle, then just goes to a black screen and stays there. It never gives me the you have watched so many videos and to watch this many more videos. So, because i won't play the videos, only ads, I never get any SB's.

Anyone know how to help?

This happened to me last week for the first time! I shut my phone down and restarted it and they started working again. Haven't had the problem again since. HTH
 
no captcha on my NOSO this am so no sb today from NOSO for me. Tried several times. It says I earned sb but cannot submit to get them. oh well!
 
WE make 30+ a month on each account. My husband and I each have an account. I have counted how much I make a year I have normally been at about 500 on each account a year. If I could save one account on pay pal or sam's club cards then I would have about 700 saved for my trip. If i do more surveys and studies ill make more. The 30+ a month is just videos and ncraves for me.


BTW screenshots work well. when you see the post pop up saying you compleated something make sure screen shot. I did that to make sure i got credited before.
 
I kept hitting back and next on that survey and it finally said I had completed it but that I was a duplicate respondent. I didn't get the 80SB but I put in a ticket and they credited me within an hour!!! Finally a good swag day for the first time in a while!! haha. Oh and I just got my last collector's bill too :banana:

There's a new captcha for NOSO. It involves either rotating a color wheel or sliding icons to the center. Not sure that fixes anything for you, but at least you know what to look for when it returns for you.

Just saw the edit. No, it was on all the movies that are out now or coming out on DVD and they wanted to know what I thought of all of them, if I'd buy them or rent them and where I'd do it. The lists were at least 30+ movies long. Took forever!!!

Ugh. I commiserate with you. It's seriously irritating and I get why a lot of swagbuckers won't do surveys.
 
For those of you who have a second household member (spouse or child) who also uses SB, do you just log in as different people from the same computer? No issues? And can you get the "referral" thing (if they're still doing it) if you refer a spouse? I would gladly sign my husband up and just do it all for him if that would work....

Yes that's how we do it. My husband also has an account and I referred him so I earn referral sb from his account. We use the same computer and just log out of one account and back in with the other account. We don't run the apps on the same devices so I don't know about those.
