Those using swagbucks ???

MH cancelled his Wen today and it wasn't as painful as I thought, so I ordered one on my account too.

How long after you first ordered Wen did you cancel? I put a note on my calendar to cancel on May 2nd and I just ordered it today. Is that enough time for them to not send me another kit? I'm going to try my hand at selling the items on ebay. I hope it goes smooth!
 
I cancel an offer the day I receive it in the mail. There should be an insert/packing list with the phone number on it. Thats the easiest way for me to remember is when the item is right in front of me.
 
For anyone who signed up got Gwynnie Bee, how long did it take for the points to be awarded?

I've just started earning and I'm getting ready to pull out my hair trying to keep track of the offers I complete to make sure I get my points. Same question. With Wen?

Well, this is a first for me. I got to 98% of a survey and the final page was questions about the quality of the survey itself.

Since I could tell it was almost done I took a screenshot like I always do. I got an immediate "Blacklisted" notification. It said they detected I was trying to take a photo of their product which is a direct violation of the survey agreement, etc.... There was no product on the page, just an evaluation about the survey. And it didn't award me the 50 SB. I don't know if I'll bother with a claim. SB expects a screenshot for a claim, this survey provider blacklisted me for taking a screenshot. o_O

I would submit a ticket and explain like you did above. It's not just a points thing in this case and they should know what happened.
 
I have given up with surveys. They will either error out, or you get to the end and they have "hit the maximum capacity." Swagbucks gave me the points for a few of these, but the last time I contacted them about them, I was told I had "taken advantage too many times" and they would no longer issue the points. I was then banned from Partner Surveys. What a joke. I am back to just hitting the first goal and quitting again.
 
Do any of you do the Discover offers where they ask for your home address? I only do them if I know of the company. It just makes me nervous giving out my address, but I have a feeling I'm missing out on some good SB by not doing them. Any thoughts?

This is why people on Reddit tell you to really limit when you email. Swagbucks does whatever the hell it wants. They can just close your account too (which is why you shouldn't save point up too long)

What is funny is that I emailed them 3 times since November, and was given credit for the first two, and the third one was a week ago, closer to two (that is when I was told they would no longer issue points). What the joke is I have never even done a Partner Survey either, I just stuck to the Gold and Peanut Lab ones (mostly Gold). Not worried about being banned, I have been with them since March 2011, if they do, I will move on. Simple as that.

I know this suck but it is not unique to swag buck. Another survey house I am with says in its TOS that they will only credit up to a certain amount and then after that they will ban you from that particular survey provider. I call it collateral damage unfortunately with these sites you have to give a little take a little.
 
All I do for surveys is my 5 a day to get the guaranteed SB. If I get extra, awesome, if not... I got 5 SB. Past that it isn't worth my time.

I agree with picking your battles as far as emailing. I have been banned from Gold and Partner surveys for a while because my DD must have done some on my computer by accident, and have not bothered to contact them about it yet. I did have an email survey yesterday that said 29 minutes/175 SB, so I did that. Took me more like an hour, and then did not credit. I did not have a screenshot because I never got that page with the credit, it just went to the Partner survey page. I emailed support and it was credited.
