Those using swagbucks ???

Heads up on home chef!
I deactivated my account and i still got charged. called customer service and they issued a refund. They told me to keep the second box as a customer service.

So how did you do it? Did you purchase through the Walmart.com site? It seems that is here it is taking me? I'm feeling like this one might be more trouble than it is worth!
Yeah, it took me to the Wal-Mart site. Actually, we needed socks so I bought a pack for DH, a pack for me and a pack for my girls. We ended up with 30 pairs of socks and I paid about $17 OOP for them, and that does not take into account any SB rebates. I will definitely pursue the SB, but I am very glad I got the socks. They are super comfy and I love them for work. I wear work boots and it is hard to find socks that don't constantly slip down.

Just want to make sure I'm looking at this correctly. If I do Home Chef, I'm probably paying around $20 for 2000sb. But it will bump me into the top Discover bonus tier so I'll get an extra 600sb when that pays out?

That is how I read it! Either way, I earned 2,000 SBs ($20) for completing the offer the cost me $19.80, so even without the bonus, I've got two meals, plus $.20, with the bonus, I'll have two meals for free plus $6.20!

Now I just have to hope my husband doesn't love them because if he does, then he'll want to subscribe and then it won't be such a big win for me! However, I can't find where it says how long we must stay subscribed? Can we cancel after the first delivery or how long must be stay subscribed?

I considered more of free food and the extra bonus made me do it. I probably wouldn't otherwise. I wish they could be delivered a little faster than the date they gave me. I will be heading out of town shortly after.

THANK YOU for the heads up! Did you deactivate right after your first two meals were delivered?

I didn't see anything about how long either. I went in a switched one of my meals too. It was a burger and they had a salmon option and DH loves salmon so I switched to that.

On another note, I did the ancestry and it said 10 minutes to credit but it never did credit. Now I can't find the offer and I didn't screen shot it. Ugh. I'm going to give it until tomorrow and see what happens. Its a 14 day free trial so I'll cancel tomorrow. I always like to get the credit before I cancel things.

Me too! My delivery is the 8th and we leave for Disney on the 11th. So we'll have to eat both meals right away. I guess that's less groceries to buy next week before we go.

I know how you feel with your husband! We still get Degustabox...

I usually count these deals towards the grocery budget, because I know I won't miss the extra $20 there, and count all the swagbucks as Disney money :)

Thanks for the tips on HomeChef! Just did my order and was immediately credited. For $20 for two meals to feed two people, that's really not too bad- especially since one of the meals is salmon which will be a treat in our house.

I just did the same thing for the same exact rationale!

Aw man... refreshed home page and Home Chef showed up, but it's giving me the offer unavailable message. I know I haven't done this one before.

There is a 31 SB collector bill today, plus a 10 SB bonus for getting it - so do some searches through swagbucks search!

Now I just need to find 55 SB worth of Discover points that will actually credit! I've only got the Scottsdale and a couple dailybreaks to actually credit, everything else has been a jerk, as usual. (BestQuotes I'm looking at you there... I think I'm going to treat those like Lifescripts, just ignore)

If you have Laptop Guy, he credits as Discover, though it takes some time to click through. I have gotten some that were only 1 click for 2 SB lately. Tank top girl also id discover, though I only see her on my Ipad lately, she keeps popping up all morning for a couple of rounds each time.
