Those using swagbucks ???

I'm not sure. I signed up 6/18 and they sent a June box which I got the first week of July but by the time it arrived the July box was already either in process or shipped. Maybe since you're a few days earlier you'll get your September box before the October one is scheduled to ship.
Hmm.....Are you able to login and see ship statuses? So maybe I could log in each day and then as soon as I see the first box ships, cancel?

I believe so. I wasn't paying as much attention as I should have been. I just assumed the first one would arrive before the second one shipped but I guess ordering late in the month messed that up.
 
Ok, great. I clicked to the Site and there is also a coupon code to get an extra box free. Now wondering if using the code will screw anything up. Decisions, decisions, lol.
 
On Birchbox....is there a good way to make sure you can cancel before they send a second box and charge you. Do you get notified or anything when they are about to send it?

You should get an email stating that your first box has shipped. After that email I'd cancel if you don't want to continue the service
 

Well, it's been about 20 minutes since I placed the order, and nothing. How long should I wait before turning in a ticket? It does say could take 2 weeks, but I don't even see anything that shows pending for it

Oh no! I always do them instantly and see what they say.
 
I just signed up and used the EXTRABB code for the extra box free in the promo field and when I went back to SB, the credit was already there.
 
I did the Birch Box offer in June and cancelled. Can I do this one as well if I sign up again or is it one and done?

Sorry yours didn't credit, but glad I'm not the only one. I was starting to think I must have done something wrong. Hopefully they will resolve it soon.

Same thing happened with me (also at the end of the month). I always write down on the calendar when to cancel too, but because their shipping dates were different I got charged.

I'm hoping that doesn't happen if you used the code to get an extra box.
 
Ok, so I just got credited for the Birchbox SB. First, they replied basically that I needed to read the terms of the offer (first time user, had to subscribe etc) which I already had. They said that if I didn't receive the credit by the delayed credit time (the two weeks I guess) to submit another request including the order confirmation. I didn't want to wait so I went ahead and submitted another ticket, and referenced the previous ticket, and included a screenshot of my order confirmation on the Birchbox site. They replied again and asked me to send a screenshot of the confirmation email I received. I did that, and within an hour they had credited me. Whew! Glad that's over.

FWIW, I use a virtual account number when I purchase to assure I don't get charged on these introductory subscription offers. My CitiCard credit card offers this feature for online purchases, don't know if others credit cards offer a virtual account option.
