Ok, so I just got credited for the Birchbox SB. First, they replied basically that I needed to read the terms of the offer (first time user, had to subscribe etc) which I already had. They said that if I didn't receive the credit by the delayed credit time (the two weeks I guess) to submit another request including the order confirmation. I didn't want to wait so I went ahead and submitted another ticket, and referenced the previous ticket, and included a screenshot of my order confirmation on the Birchbox site. They replied again and asked me to send a screenshot of the confirmation email I received. I did that, and within an hour they had credited me. Whew! Glad that's over.
