Just an update. I still hadn't received an email response as of today so I took Cydney's (above) advice and messaged SB on Facebook. Within 30 minutes I had been credited my 3000SB. I'm now at 4246 SB. Think I'm gonna hold out for a $100 GC!!

I sent a FB also and was told that I needed to wait 14 days (not including weekends or holidays) and if I didn't get it by then to submit a ticket. But then a few hours later the 3000SB was mysteriously applied to my account.
Just spent a good amount of time on a 30 min survey (I was maybe 10 minutes into it) before being disqualified. Grrr. I should stop doing them but it's hard to make my goal without at least one...

For the record, with any deal on swagbucks I look at the time it says to allow and I know that the 14 days or whatever are business days. I wait that amount of time before putting in a ticket then if I haven't heard back I message on Facebook. Yes I gave the advice to put in the ticket on SB but please read the fine print of an offer and allow that time to pass! I don't want them to take away Valerie's ability to be helpful on Facebook. It would really suck if her response was always just please submit a ticket.

I have seen some posts about submitting tickets but how do you save the information about the survey? I try so many I cant remember which one I am clicking on and which on actually accepts me

You need the survey number and a screen print. It's a pain but they always credit me. I try to do it sparingly to stay in their good graces.

Oddly enough, after mine were credited the other day I cashed them out in GC's and last night I log in and I see another 3000SB added to my balance. I look to see what it is and it was another Proactiv credit for 3000SB. So I got credited twice for the same order. Submitting a ticket to let them know what happened as I don't want my account to get banned for suspicious activity.

No. Only if they don't credit. Then I take one at the end.

Not who you were asking,lol, and I rarely bother with surveys because they can be such a pain, but in general, I screen shot nearly every screen. I don't save most of them, I just do a shot, and then the next one, and so on. If it has been a while, I go ahead and put the shot into paint, and then go on for a few screens. I don't actually save what is in paint. Unless it is a longer, higher value survey, then I might save every few times I put a shot in paint, or a shot that shows a set of questions was obviously pretty intrusive or in depth. Because you never know which screen is the one it will dump you out of.

They said something about managing each other's account. I said we have 1 computer and each login from time to time. How is this breaking a rule? They never answered on how to prevent this in the future. It was frustrating and has me nervous that any day they will stop by account.

In other news, I am thinking about the Wen offer. Is it actually any good?

I am so glad they reactivated it! @Jen and Ashwin did the Wen offer and sold it on ebay, made a decent profit. That is why I was going to do it. I don't know if anyone has done it and used it on here.

I am considering doing the WEN deal and selling it on ebay. I am curious what the ebay email was?? I read so much about people getting emails from ebay and I never do. I used to sell on ebay alot and we do occasionally buy things. Just curious.

I have never sold anything on the account that I use; so it is an email trying to get me to post something and make my first sale. They will match what I sell it for up to $50 and will give it to me in the form of a coupon, kind of like ebay bucks. The Wen deal would be awesome with this because you already get paid $5 just to get the product. I think @Jen and Ashwin sold it for like $40 or something like that, so with the ebay matching deal it would be like $85.
