How do you go about doing a ticket? I have read about this on here but don't know how to submit one. My DH just spent 25 minutes on a survey and submitted the answers at the end, but the account is showing 1 SB for a disqualification.

At the bottom of the page there's a need help? thing, click on that, contact support and on the top of the contact page there's a submit a request. He'll need the survey # and a screen shot. If he doesn't have one of the survey saying thanks or whatever they say at the end I have had luck submitting a screen shot with the disqualified info, you can refresh that page to get that red box to reappear.

Same here. That is what I am missing. And the middle one, but I am willing to buy a Home Depot gift card at 4% off to use on yard supplies. But I won't do it until I actually get a survey on the app. Right now it is telling me none available. Ugh.

Ugh, this happened to me last weekend. I spent about 30 mins and then got the 1sb for DQ'ing after submitting all the demographics at the end. I was ticked!! I did not submit a ticket since I had no proof of anything.

Grateful for good luck with surveys recently. Today I am at a convention with my teenagers and I decided to take a break and was able to get a survey done and met my daily goal. I was not thinking I would make it today because I woke up and realized my sbtv hadn't ran all night because I had an update screen pop up. But that survey saved me. Now I don't have to worry about any of it.

I've tried a couple survey's on the app today with no luck. I'll still have to get a referral and buy a gc, but I can sign my mom up and do a few things to get her points and be done with it. She won't ever use it.

If I get another 4SB search win, I'm going to scream. I have not gotten anything over 7SB in weeks. Combined with only 10SB limit for the video app, it is rare that I hit my goals. So frustrating!

my nCraves finally showed back up after church this morning (they were still gone at 8am). I also haven't gotten a search over 6 or 7SB in a very long time (never got most of the collectors bills).

I got to do a 3 minute survey for 22 SB. Not bad at all, for only 10 questions about having a passport.

I got that one too.
And a 50 SB search yesterday which was an awesome change from the usual 4SB.

How long and how many points need to be made before you start getting them from a referral? I finally got a survey done on the app and am trying to finish the board but I don't know how long it takes for the referral points to hit. I don't want to buy a gc that I will use but don't need right now if I won't get the referral sb. I got the square for referring just need to earn the sb. I can always do the perimeter one, just need to redeem it by noon PST tomorrow.

I got them right away. Every 10 points they earn, you get 1 shortly there after.
