Is it true that you can't get one PayPal a month for 2200 sb like you can with the other gift cards? That would be one negative. Best to maybe get target or Sam's once a month and then PayPal for the rest if any? I'm trying to decide how to cash out my points for a 2017 trip - just finished for a current trip. Leaving Friday!!!

I always use paypal as the second card of the month for this reason. Still it's nice that it can be actual cash to my bank; sometimes that's worth not getting the discount.

Do you run the apps on a smart device? Those are worth at least 86 points right there and they require very little attention. Another 15 points is not too difficult to earn by running nGage, nCrave or Watch videos.

My apps have been freezing up a bunch. I can usually get a number of points that way, but I don't get anywhere close to the max without babysitting.

Sometimes apps become corrupted. Have you tried to uninstall and then re-install the apps?

When that happens to me, I force close all apps and restart my phone. If that doesn't work, then delete the apps and redownload. Be warned you will lose your favorited videos.

This happens to me too. Can't offer you a solution, but at least you aren't alone.

I actually gave up on apps for 6 months or so it got so frustrating.

You just said that you pledged money and then cancelled, making a $6 profit plus getting a stuffed animal for free. I agree that this is giving a loss to the charity, which is at the least morally reprehensible.

It sure sounds as if that is your intention. Otherwise, it's not a $6 "profit" and you would not have been worried about when the second automatic charge would go through. Sorry, but I side with the others on this one. Signing up for a company's product and canceling after you've determined that it is not what you feel is worth the money is one thing. Canceling on a promise to a charity just to get the rewards costs the charity money.

I had really good luck yesterday with surveys. I earned 530+ SB yesterday, then did the WWF (world wildlife fund) offer where you sponsor a penguin for $9 (monthly, but you can cancel) and get 1500 SB, so it's a $6 profit. I paid with PayPal, and it wasn't quite clear if they'd automatically charge beginning with the 2nd month, and I couldn't find anywhere in PayPal to indicate that an automatic payment was set up. I will have to keep watching it. Also, when you're doing the donation, you can opt to receive a free gift package that includes a stuffed penguin.

Oh good!!! I'm wary about ordering gift cards online. I've heard horror stories about them not being activated. I like tangible paper trails if there is an issue.

It is easy to get them activated if they aren't. There's a direct line to target gift cards help floating around on disboards. As long as you call in normal business hours, it is a quick and easy fix. I've had to call once and had no problems. Online you get to use your red card discount if you have one.

I like, and have never had a problem with, Ad-Aware by Lavasoft. Just make sure you download it from the official site, as there's an impostor download containing viruses out there.

Avast is a great anti virus. You also want a malware detector and I have one other. I will look at home for the names. Friends in IT suggested them all. I also use avast on my smartphone since its a computer too ☺

They were credited on the 17th. If you look at your ledger under other you should see it.
