I realize the swagbuck website is a free way to make some money. BUT for the first time I am not going to make goal....has anyone complained and was able to get a free pass for the day? I was not able to log on this morning or even watch videos....my goal is 99 and I tried for the winter samples and for some reason did not get my points then the NFL deal shows expired now....hard to complain about free money but if the site was running this morning I "might" have been able to get my bonus for the day.....thanks for listening

No, if I can't make the goal, I just don't make it. It happens sometimes

On Reddit people have noted that emailing them too often can just get you banned.

You won't get a "free pass" because there are plenty of ways you could earn money: shopping. You are just limiting yourself to the free ones, that's not SB's issue.

I did a survey a few days ago that asked me about rewards programs. I got a call today about joining a panel. I have to do about 1 hour of work and the compensation is $100. Pretty excited to add a little more "free" money to my Disney savings.

No, not most things- though it counts towards your goal on the day you get the credit.
But there are some paid offers that do credit same day.

Sometimes you just don't hit your goal. I rarely make the "full month" bonus; but I try to get at least a mid-level bonus during the month; and off course you still get any daily bonuses you earn.

Got a 3 credit autoplay on nCraves, almost feels like I hit the lottery after the past week! Also got a 100SB swagup (which sadly doesn't count towards daily goal, but still helps in the long run!). I assume it has to do with the shop and earn I got last night. I have 3 more shop and earns crediting this week, so maybe I will get more. I also need to submit for the shop and earn that didn't credit last month.

I finally downloaded the entertainnow app (I used to just use SBTV). It requires a lot more time for 2 SB but seems to run better without interruptions.

Too bad the daily limit is 10 SB instead of 36.

I suggest everyone hop on and do a few searches right now- my DH and I both just got 32 SB after a handful of searches. Neither of us has ever gotten that before so maybe they are handing them out more this morning?

Found something this morning that was new to me and helped me earn sb's that I might not have otherwise.... so I wanted to share---
On homepage click Discover. Scroll down about 1/2 way down the Discover Home page. Under "Explore Web Content and Earn" there is (at least was for me) a box called "Revenue Universe" . Clicking on that takes you to a whole new page of sb offers! I got some easy ones to credit for 3, 6, 8 sb's each.
PS- It has disappeared for me now so I would suggest doing as many of the offers on that page while you can. Possibly after clicking the "Revenue Universe" once, it's gone for you after... so there's no going back later in the day (??)

I've had them randomly come and go from either my work computer or my home computer for at least a month now. It's rare that they're gone from both, though - happened maybe once? If they disappear from one, they're usually back within a day or two, although once I think it dragged on for about 5 or 6 days on my home computer.

If you can get a new IP address, sometimes that will bring them back.

I made a purchase during the promotion, and have received the regular shopping swag bucks, but no sign of the 500 SB for the promotion. I've sent in a ticket to the help desk, but haven't gotten any actual answers yet. I was wondering too if it would be 500SB right into my account or would it be in Swag Ups?

If I remember correctly, that was from a team challenge? Maybe? It seems so long ago now. None of my shop and earns have credited yet, I think my first one should be in about two weeks.

Just submitted my first ever ticket! Signed up to do a 250 SB survey that said it would take 50 minutes. I spent that long doing it, got to the last screen and it thanked me for completing the survey and even asked for my email to participate in a follow up survey. After I entered it, it took me back to Swagbucks and told me I'd been disqualified! AHHH!! I submitted a ticket with the survey number and noted that I had never submitted a ticket before and would appreciate being credited, so hopefully I get the full amount. No screenshot because I thought I was done when I hit the submit button!
