If you have a gmail, I just add a random period "." into the address when signing up. It redirects to your account without having to create a new email address.

I always pay with Paypal, then go into my account and cancel automatic payments so that it won't charge me again even if I forget to cancel. It is a safer way I think to ensure that you don't cancel the account too early to get the SB but also don't get charged again.

Usually I put it on a credit card I am meeting spend on lol. But the $4.50 I pay is charged against my travel fund, and eventually I redeem them for $5+ in value.

from what I can tell its better to donate to a cause and get SB... I dont get it either , They say if you are close to cashing in a deal but cant get there, I never have that problem. But the people I referred seem to lol

I guess I don’t see the downside to buying SB in these flash deals. It’s quick, easy, and you get a free 50+ cents. 50+ because of how much easier you can meet first and second goals, like @afan said.

I made a nice chunk of money the last time they had the buy SB sale where you could buy SB for less than they were worth. I think it was 1000 SB for $9.00 or something like that. It let you do it more than once, too, so I was able to convert a prepaid Visa back into Paypal and make a nice profit doing it.

I like these because it's low dollar and I don't have to worry if it tracks. My other concern with the charity angle is I don't know who's paying it out, I would guess the charity. If that's the case, for me they are spending too much on marketing with deals like this and I would rather donate elsewhere.

I bought some GCs at BB today. I’ll post my results in a few days. I’m not optimistic.

As of right now, the purchase didn't even track in my shop history. I'll give it another couple days, just in case.

I made a purchase at BB about 10 days ago, the total was $60, however, I only show $40 of it earning the 2% because the other $20 was in a gift card. Also, I never did get the 750 SB for spending more than $50. And when I click on the pending, it even divides them up, so I think our days of using BB to earn extra SB are over :-(

So when you click to sign up, you just go to sign up like a new person and then add another /. / in your email address, but hulu recognizes you and redirects you to your real page and then you still get the SB? Sorry, we already have hulu, so I'm confused! TIA

I think the point is to create a new account with Hulu without having to find a new email address. So Hulu sees it as different, but you still get notifications to the same address.

I cant belive the usless trivia i have learned playing sb live, i never rejoin and i dont have anyone to invite. This week was the first time i could rejoin cause they were giving them out. I guess if i were paying for them it would be no diffrent than gambling... lots of people do that no worries. At least in the process you are learning something.

No, you pay 5.99 to sign up and then cancel before 30 days. Anytime after 8 days, which is how long SB requires you keep account. So a $24.01 MM. And knock on wood, but never had a problem with Hulu crediting in the past, and I did it again yesterday too.

Where are you seeing the 8 days? This is what shows up when I click on details...
