Those using swagbucks ???

Didn't work for me recently. Did it work for u in the past week?
I placed an order for one $100 physical gift card from the Disney Store online on the 29th. Received confirmation from Swagbucks on the 31st I would receive credit for the purchase in the standard time. It's listed on my Shop Activity under pending. Did your purchase show up under Shop Activity and there are 0 points listed?

Last year I purchased a $50 card through Swagbucks and it never credited. Never showed up under Shop Activity. I didn't send in a ticket because if it is a glitch, I didn't want to bring it to their attention.

*Edited to add that after reading the experiences of everyone else, I'm getting nervous they'll be taking the pending credits back. I just checked, they're still listed as pending. I only ordered the one physical gift card with an image of Donald. I haven't received it yet, but that's to be expected. I paid using my Disney Visa. Charge went through fine. Four days prior to this order I purchased two pairs of socks and a necklace. That order is also showing up with points pending. Again, nothing out of the ordinary.

I bet it’s some weird glitch. Last week we went to buy 2 $50 cards st BB. Each of them kept coming up in the computer as Red Lobster gc’s not Disney. So then after trying several of those we tried $25’s and variable load which both came up correctly, but all the $50’s were red lobster, lol, very strange! My store always says they aren’t sure if they’ll get more and they always do. Once they told me they just take whatever the vendor brings, they don’t get to pick, Idk. They always end up with more!

I also ended up with a "Red Lobster" GC at BB. But I didn't notice until I looked at my receipt. I asked the employee, he said it was fine. And I came home and checked on Disney Gift Card site and it had $50 credit. I got my SB and bonus. All was well. :duck:
 
This is probably unrelated, but did anyone notice a huge spike in their internet usage last month? I ran smores and ncrave each morning until they timed out, and again the evenings. I had hit my 1tb data cap by the 18th of July.. but I have never broken 500gb in the past, with the same usage habits.
Wondering if sb upped their resolution or something??

I did notice mine went way up last month, but a lot of my ncraves seemed to be running better than previously so I thought that was why. I had to really watch our data the last week of the month to make sure we didn't go over. Unfortunately we don't have unlimited on our home internet. DH wasn't very happy with me...

We hit our cap onthe 18th and ended up tripling our usage over last month :(

Thank you for posting this because this was the first month this has happened to me and I wondered what was going on also! :-(
 
@mjtatman @tink89 I am planning on getting 2 $25 ones - not with virtual Visa, just because we like to have 'pretty' ones to use on our trip :) I'm debating TopCashBack at 3% and Swagbucks at 2%... maybe I will hedge my bets and do one through each, and report back.
Did topcashback last month on a physical card and it did not work. Not surprising, but still disappointing.
 

Wow, that's awesome! Nothing for me. I only get the watch a playlist, earn 5SB swagup (usually once a week or so). Do you rarely do surveys?
Lately yes. I haven't done much SB in the last 2 months, so surveys have been low on my list when I do get on.
It's probably been about 3 months since I regularly tried to get surveys each week.

I did get lucky yesterday and completed 2 before I thought to check swagups, but the first one is a 2 parter that doesn't pay out until the second part. Otherwise I'd have been super surprised :)

It took me forever to figure out what the heck was going on, and I'm really hoping that it was sb. I was annoyed that my smores stopped working, but maybe that's a good thing lol. I'm not using sb just to be able to pay the overage charges!
 
Checked my swag ups this morning and have a 300 sb bonus for completing 3 surveys. I haven’t done many surveys lately either. You’d think that if so few people were doing surveys to where they’d want to offer this incentive that first they’d look into fixing the many problems we all have with the surveys. What I hate most is when the intro questions take several minutes to answer and then you get to the actual survey and it gives a wildly different completion time estimate than when you first clicked on it. Drives me crazy!

Yeah, if I hadn't been trying to actually make goal I would have stopped at the first one which glitched on the robot check box. Was a prequalifier for a $30 online discussion next week. I thought I'd get in but it glitched and I couldn't get past it so I had to settle for a different survey for 50 cents. I don't usually try the ones that don't pay the 1sb disqualified point because 9/10 are the ones with bad time estimates from SSI. SB says 6 minutes, survey says 45 (and usually that actually means an hour) :sad2:

I tried that $30 prequalifier and it glitched on me too.

In other Swag Up News... if you have a Swag Up from the last team challenge, check the date. Mine has an expiration date of 8/7/2018, but when I click on the information button it says it expires at 11:59 (PT) on August 5.

Dollar Shave has already posted but Gillette will be end of the month. So yesterday I did the Kidbox and looking to also do the Kidpic one. I don't see anything pending in my account for the Kidbox - is that normal. Do these take a bit longer to see or does that mean it did not process correctly?
 
My BB bonus from Wednesday posted this AM. Got my shop and earn email this AM, then a few hours later, the bonus showed up. Good day :)

Does it show under your shop activity? That's where mine is.

I have read that no one received anything from Kidbox, but Kidpik was almost instant. I did not do either, but was following along with others' experiences to see if it was an easy transaction.

I guess I did Kidpik, not Kidbox. But it showed under shopping. I don't get how they decide if it goes under shop or normal activity :confused3
 
OK, so I felt like a freak of nature. We went to Best Buy and I picked up a $50 Disney gift card, along with a couple of movies that I couldn’t resist, LOL. We got up to the checkout and we didn’t really understand how to do the Best Buy QR code. We had it pulled up on the iPhone and handed it to the cashier to scan. She had no idea what we were trying to do. It made a beep and then the cashier said that it gave her a message about an invalid code or something. So we just didn’t worry about it and I paid with my Disney visa and left. Should there have been something that the cashier could see on her end? Is there anything that I need to do now with it?

She probably scanned after she had completed the transaction total. Always have them scan either before they scan the GC or right after. It should be before it asks for your credit card or BB phone #. Your receipt will say Swagbucks Affiliate 0 or something like that.

I always just put my phone down with the qr code on screen and tell them I reed it scanned as soon as they begin the transaction.
Most employees only know about Shopkick and Ibotta and have no clue what I am doing with SB. Well now they do after how many times I go. I have had this happen and most employees know that they need to go back a step to be able to scan it.

Check you receipt.
