How do you scan a car?

I just looked and do not see this in my app. Only JcP & Walmart.

I read that you scan the qr code on the window sticker. I tried that and it seemed to accept it but I was never given the points. And now when that promo shows up I can no longer scan a car. I was really disappointed. I thought about emailing shop kick about it but the last time I had an issue and emailed them I was told that I would need a receipt to prove I was there. I certainly did not buy a car that day so I have no proof I was at the ford dealer

No luck with the Ford. I noticed that it said "Tri-State Area" when I pulled up the page to scan it. I wonder if I lived down near NYC it would work? Darn.

Shop kick does drive me crazy lots of times but I have gotten over $100 in free Disney gift cards for it so pretty worth a bit of hassle.

I've earned $125 so far. I went today and cashed in for another $25 Gc . I still have $75 in shop kicks. I'm looking for a red robin $25 Gc for my future trip and hope to get a few more dinner cards to cut down on my food budget when we go to Redmond,or & bend, or

Dd is dying to do shopkicks but she has a basic phone for calls and texting . She has an iPod touch and a tablet. Is shopkick still only available for iPhones? Has anyone figured it out for iPod or iPad ?
She will get an iPhone in nov

Do have internet on your phone. I have smartphone but only a small amount data. I do QR scan with out internet right.

Yes you need data to be able to use the App. The app also needs to be able to find your location to get walk-in kicks.

I don't do much with the Shop Kick App. I mainly do walk-ins when I go to Walmart. I rarely do the bar scanning.

So I've been MIA from the DIS for quite some time now....I'm just now trying to get my life back on track as far as Disney ...I've been using Shopkick for little over a month, having the same issues all of you have pointed out with walk ins etc...for the most part it's easy & I've already gotten over 10K in kicks (bought a camera at Best Buy & used it for kicks). My question is about scans...do they EVER change them? Or am I going to to be scanning baby formula, diapers & cheetos forever?????

I just joined shop kick a few weeks back. I don't go a lot to the stores but when I do I try and rack up as much as I can. So far I have 1500 kicks. My goal is a target card so I can get that $50 Disney gift card. Do I need to save all my kicks and cash them out at once for the card or can I cash them out for the $5 one it says I have and keep adding that way? Also where are the cards? Do they stay in your smart phone and you have to purchase the Disney card that way?

You can just keep adding the points up and cash in all at the same time. If you do cash them in example $2 Target cards they stay on your phone till you cash them in. I just keep the points until I have enough for a $25 or $50 Target card.

As far as scanning the same things my experience is sometimes they change often and others stay for awhile. But when it is a 25 kick I do not complain those add up fast!! The other day I was excited because there was a sunscreen for 100 points with that one tho once I scanned it hasn't popped up again .

I have blamed shop kick for connections issues but I am finding that it is the stores. I go to one grocery chain store and everything scans great the same chain in another location can't get anything same for Target stores. I think it really depends on the WiFi in each store even tho my phone shows a signal.

My shopkick only offers like 5 stores and I only ever go to 3...Kinda annoying. And there's still a lot of items at target that I can never find!

I'm not sure if it's just me but I can now only scan at a specific store. So if horizon milk is at target but on walmart's list of scans it won't accept the scan at target. I just noticed this this weekend. I used to be able to scan stuff at Kroger but no more

Ugh. Annoying. Sounds like another app update is pending.

Me too - same thing & my Walmart never registers my walk in kicks so now I'm basically out of even using it . Target only offers a few things here it's not a grocery store.... Guess I'll just have to wait for an update
