Those teeny tiny things that make you smile

You know when someone says or does something that seems COMPLETELY insignificant and it just makes you smile forever?
Or when you just see something really sweet and you can't help but grin?

Like old people holding hands.
or
A dad carrying his kid on his shoulders?


What made me think to post this, is that last night I was talking to my boyfriend on webcam (because he's back at school and i can't see him anymore ) but he asked me what classes i had tomorrow (as in today) at school and i told him, and he looks up at his bulletin board and asks me "how come you don't have anthropology?" and it just gave me the warm fuzzies to know that he had my schedule pinned up on his bulletin board.

I know it seems SO insignificant, but it made me smile all night.

I know this is random but when a friend (or my crush) asks me whats wrong and i say "Oh nothing" and they say "No really whats wrong"

When youre riding the bus in the morning and its still dark and the sun rises and its with all of the people you just amazingly adore and could not live without even though they dont know that.


When its raining really hard and its dark and gray (Ahh this is like my favorite also)

When youre watching the sun go down at night (for fun) and you see the sun sparkling on top of the water..like someone bedazzled the ocean..

when you know someone went out of their way for something

hmm and one that kept me smiling all night long. I was talking to my boyfriend one night and i started coughing really hard. And I like couldn't breath. And he was like you alright? I was like yeah then i kept on and on and couldnt stop and he was like baby are you okay?!? He sounded really scared but not scared enough to like scare me! Haha I know it sounds dumb but it made my day well night

I have an inferiority complex. i think i'm very inferior to everyone and am not really noticed. so someone just paying attention to me is enough to make me happy for quite a while.

When my ex and i were together, he would call me just to see how i was doing. that made me happy.

when someone says they love me. that makes me indefinably happy for like, ever.

when i see a couple kiss. kissing is the most beautiful thing ever. people should do it more often.

i like it when my friends say i look pretty in the morning like at 7:30 right when i get to school my friend jess is always like "oh katie you look so pretty this morning!"

it makes me all happy and makes my whole day

also i have this guy-friend *not BOYfriend* who can read me like a BOOK he always knows when i'm upset or when i need help even though i pride myself in hiding it so whenever i see him the first thing he says is "how you doin???" and if i say "fine" or something like that he gives me this look and it's impossible to lie to him

so my point is it's just good to know that when other people might not be able to see it he can always sense when i'm upset it makes me all warm and fuzzy lol
