I thought I broke my computer cause it wouldn't load for me either earlier today. I was thinking great I probably have a code and my computer won't work.

I swear I said the same thing... I probably have code and the page won't load. (talk about wishful thinking) I think the CMs are getting a bigger giggle out of us now that the page won't load. It's like holding the carrot just out of reach. Watching us jump and beg for it...

no, I'm afraid to honestly, the next cm who I ask to look will see I've called a few times and tell me to get a life!!!! This is borderline harrassment!!
The one time I finally talked hubby into calling for HIS name- the darn cm said, I can't look for them.

Sorry it has taken so long for me to reply! To answer your questions:
Yes, I found the code under my sister in laws name on the website.
I called and gave the CM the number, he said it wasn't coming up, so he looked under her ZIP code and found the code. He said it was one number off, the first 2 numbers I had were 10, the first 2 numbers in his system were 11.
She had not yet received the email, but I did not tell him that I found it on a website.
She received the email in her box 2 days later!

I thought maybe there was a code but it just hadn't been sent yet but the last time I checked the site (yesterday or the day before) it was GONE. I've been hoping it would show up in my email but nothing so far. I'm assuming that since the code was removed from the site, we will not be getting it at all. I checked today and like others have posted, the site won't load at all.

My 1st two numbers were "10" also. Maybe I should check using "11" instead. It probably wouldn't help now since the code is gone. I do think she checked using the zip code or at least she asked for it. Oh well, no PIN for me I guess. I still have free dining so I'm not complaining (too much).

earlier the site was showing numbers with my name- in the address bar and it has a 10 in it. Hmmm... but now I can't even get that to come up.
I think disney took the site down

well, my hopes are crushed (like an eggshell)- it's up and working now and NO pin code for little ol pitiful me.

I feel like I just lost my prince charming- who ran away with Cinderella laughing as they rode off on his horse yelling, hahahaha NO pin code for you!!

I tried the site yesterday, but it wouldn't load.

I tried it again this morning and it did load, but it wasn't right.... It did not come up with a pin code for my name - but I do have a pin code (FD for Oct/Nov/Dec).

So, all those who are getting a non-pin code page when you put your name in - don't despair! Disney may have changed the page now to remove the pin code link or something

All I can tell you is that it did not come up with a pin code page for me (I received my pin code via email)

I just found this thread and tried it and my name came up with three letters then some numbers then reciepent not found then then document ID then value equals sign then my name- what is the pin- the page came up with Mickey and the sign Disney Dream come true maker but how long are the pins- is it just the three letters or the letters with the two or five numbers after it ? help I want to save money on my current res if I can- PM me please

Well I just checked under my MIL, who I KNOW has a pin, (because it was emailed to me under my email, and I was unable to use it,) and it said there was nothing for her either. However when I called disney destinations, i was prompted for the first time ever to enter my pin number...

We had 2 codes but the page did not show it. We phoned Disney CRO and they told us that we did.

Just FYI, for those still looking....I tried again today just to see if it would still pull up the PIN code I found in my sister in law's name. (She did receive the email 2 days after I pulled it up the first time) It is NOT coming up anymore! There is the generic Mickey in a balloon on the page!!! Crazy huh?
I wonder if this page pops up right before they email it to you and then it goes away once the email has gone out?? Who knows!

He asked her 100x's about a pin code and she said there wasn't any. Of course she deleted the email because they can't go then. I told DH she must have been mistaken about the pin code. If there was a general public deal for free dining in December I would know about it. I mean gee, what does DH think I do all day clean the house or do laundry? I have better things to do like surf the Dis all day.
