those at MVMCP on Dec 12th, that applied for a refund

Hi all. To those of you who were at MVMCP on Dec 12th in the monsoon, and applied for a refund, have you heard anything back yet? We had a phone message from someone at Disney a week or so ago, saying someone would be contacting us shortly, but yet to have heard or received any information. Thanks!!
