Thor/Iron Man Color Scheme

Hello!
I am working on painting my Magic bands. I was wondering if anyone has a color scheme of Thor and Iron man. I would like to tape the bands off and paint. Just not sure where to begin. I don't need details, maybe just a little guidance on what/where to put the colors. I have gone through several threads and can't find what I am looking for. Can anyone help with this request?
