Thongs

Unless you have cellulite...... then the look aint so smooth. :rotfl:

So true! :teeth: :teeth: I was trying to imply that with my "choking to death" comment. :teeth: :teeth:

My DH calls "granny panties", mega-panties. :teeth: :teeth:

I don't have a problem with them when they are worn under clothing and not SHOWING! My problem is these women, and sadly, young girls, who feel the need to show the world their underpants by wearing ridiculously low cut pants with the back of the underwear showing...

UNDERwear. UNDER being the key word. :confused3

lol, I agree.

OK here's a question for you all.....Would you rather see a thong hanging out or crack hanging out? Legitimate question and no fair answering "neither". :teeth:

I agree - they fit in the little pocket w/in the pocket. Saves you from having to do the tell tale bring the purse to the restroom with you.

and to get back on the original topic. you just need to find the sytle of thong that's "right" for you. Some really annoy the heck out of me and others I really can't tell I'm wearing.

I figure my normal underware is gonna ride up anyway...........

I never bring my purse...I just put the "object" in my sock :D Of course, this only works when I'm wearing pants LOL

no panty lines isn't worth the dental floss feel to me.

You really don't feel it. The difference between having full butt underwear and a thong collected in the same space is...there is more material to the full butt underwear, therefore, it is going to be uncomfortable. I can't remember the last time I even owned a pair of full butt underwear.

Just do a search for "thongs and infections" and you'll find some interesting information. My sister is forever getting UTI's and bladder infections and always wears a thong.

I've never had either of these and I've worn them for years.

I'll take seeing a thong over crack any day. Although the absolute worst is when you get them both. Yuck! Buy pants that fit please, and if you're going to wear low cut pants, wear low cut underwear! Thank you, I'll get off my soapbox now. :flower:

The worst drawback with wearing a thong is that having that thing right up your butt interferes with the natural outflow of gas. Im serious...... you have to move the thing out of the way when it happens.
:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: This is the funniest thing I have ever read!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: I'm laughing so much right now!!

Ahhhh Rip - Who'd a thought you'd show up here??? :rotfl2:

I did this all through high school! I was obsessive about not taking my purse anywhere in case someone thought that was why I needed it!

BTW - I love both thongs and this thread.

Oh - as a high school teacher I am assaulted by visions of thongs hanging out all over the place all day long. It's seriously one of the reasons we are cokmpletely changing our dress code for next year. I swear, the first time a football player bends over and I see his . . . I'm done with teaching!

Are there really women who wear panties designed for "bum support"? I have never heard of that! And just to stay on topic, thongs comprise most of my panties wardrobe. I love them!
