Thomson flights questions please

Hiya,

I have booked thomson flights for next May we havent used them before and I know that they dont supply drinks so will stock up at the airport this side. I was talking to one of the moms at school who said when they flew home in June most of the shops were shut.

Are they normally shut? We will be flying on a friday if that makes a difference...as I have and dont want them getting bored at sanford!

Also I cant find any sizes for the hold luggage can they be any size as long as they are within the 20 kg?

We flew out of sanford 15 years ago and was bored, it was then quite small and now we only fly into orlando international so cant help much sorry

You might find sanford has a website with opening hours

Hi Sarah - Sorry i can't answer your questions but just wanted to say "Hi" to another Brummie . Don't know about you but i'm looking forward to the BHX Airport extension (2014 I think) so it gives us more options for direct flights to Orlando .....although not looking forward to the increased aircraft noise in the air but out of my control so might as well enjoy the benefits.

Julia-ann I think it will be great for Birmingham for jobs and for flights as I am this side of brum This will be our first time flying out of Birmingham and I have to tell you I cant wait! No drive from gatwick sounds like bliss lol. I think you are right we should get other airlines flying out and more competitive prices (fingers crossed)
