I'm pretty sure you actually have to go inside either DL or DCA. We got my mom the picture for Christmas. We first saw it in DTD, but a sign said it was for viewing only. Inside the parks though, you were able to buy a print and that's where we very stealthily picked mom's up. She pretended to be angry with us when we sprang the news Christmas morning, but she couldn't fool us. Later on, she proudly showed it to one of her friends who has decorated her home in a Cinderella motif.

My best friend's mom has this piece as she is a huge disney and TK fan. I had looked before on the DL website and went back to see that you can order it through delivears. Here is the info I found and copied and pasted. You can look on there site for prices.
