Thomas Cook Premium Flights

Has anyone recently travelled with Thomas Cook using their premium service & if so what did you think of the seats, food, drink & entertainment? We are travelling from Gatwick to Sanford on 15th August. Anyone else on the same flight?

just back , flew from Glasgow PG, and they were brilliant

crew were brilliant both ways (scottish crew both ways too )

plane left on time both going and coming back

plenty of leg room

food was fine, typical plane food. we got the choice going out and you also got an icecream , drinks were all free


our son has special needs and I can't praise them enough

We travelled with Thomas Cook premium service last August, Manchester to Sanford. We found them to be fine, agree in terms of food, crew were fantastic, really good with the kids. Flight both ways left on time. Only gripe we had was the entertainment system didn't have the pause, fast forward option, can't remember the correct name for it. Also, although they advertise free lounge at Manchester airport, it is misleading as only 1 of the long haul flights gets in there; as such we weren't allowed entry and were given vouchers instead to spend in the airport. Whilst this was okay, we would have preferred to know this up front as we would have purchased tickets to lounge beforehand.

Other than these 2 points, were perfectly happy with Thomas Cook.
